Hands down, one of the best McDonald’s in Melbourne: Fries? Piping hot. Order? Never a mistake. Always clean, and I have never waited for more than three minutes for food.

I went to drive through suddenly my son felt sick and vomitted in drive way. They came running from inside with paper towel and water for him. Such a great act of kindness :) I was overwhelmed with how nice they were and eager to help a Mom with a 4 yrs old. Thank you for being there and keep up the good work :) you are all awesome staff and management. They even made my order free of charge.

Love this McDonalds very nostalgic lots of good memories there the playground is spacious and has a Ronald McDonald Statue

I appreciate that they make my burgers vegan x

One of the best examples of customer service I've had in a long time. 3:35 am on a monday morning, the drive thru staff were amazing, bubbly personalities and greeted us with a smile. I want to thank Phoenix and the team working working that shift. Glad to see customer service isn't dead.
P.s asked for extra onion in our burgers and they delivered. 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Rosie at drive through had the best drive through customer service I’ve ever experienced. Understood the order, repeated it clearly and was polite through the entire process. We advice her manager, Jango, and he was also lovely!

The ice cream machine was brocken so they gave us carmel frappos instead through uber eats phone call. For same price. Its now my favourite drink. Thankyou.

Old review:
Received an order when I asked for fresh fries, got the order and the burger was fresh but the fries weren’t. Manager claimed they were but you can tell when they aren’t. Asked him to replace them and he said it’d be 3 min so I asked them to replace the burger as well (had taken a bite or so out of it) but he said they wouldn’t replace it all so I could have my whole order together. Had to drive to another McDonald’s to get my food.

Food was served hot. The staff were friendly and efficient.

It's really a pretty good Maccas, never had a bad experience here or any food mistakes but just realised I've stopped going here after many many years of being quite a regular.

Just stopped going because W...y is always hanging around begging for food or cash. He's a pretty nice chap if you say g'day but I can't afford to keep giving him stuff and it kinda interrupts what used to be a pretty relaxing place to visit.

Go through drive thru and ALWAYS get kind service with a smile, one of the only places left that has consistent good customer service!!

Bell Street maccas always make it fresh.

Big thanks to the girl at the drive thru that held the door of my slammed 180sx drift car open while I payed (window regulator is broken). Almost lost my exhaust on that spicy bump at the entrance of the drive thru though. 🤙🏻
