Universal Store

Went in needing an outfit for an all white party in a few days and every single worker in this store was so helpful and supportive. Highly reccomend as their customer service and general human decency is off the charts !!

Big thank you to Danni, her customer service was amazing, when the watch I wanted wasn’t in stock she went out of her way to call the other universal stores for me. Appreciate the little gesture so much !

Absolutely love going to this store. I had a Dean Lewis, Tiesto, and MCR concert all in one week.
Danni was amazing at finding me outfits for all of them, went in today to find another outfit and called first to make sure they had what I was looking for, the lady that answered the phone was lovely, and again thank you to Danni for helping with my outfit today and previously.

Had a great experience at this store. A wonderful lady named Ella was very helpful with helping my husband and I choose an outfit. She went above and beyond to provide the best customer care, it was as if I’ve known her for years! Its been a really long time since I have received service this good. We will definitely be back to see this lovely lady. Thank you once again Ella!

Went a few weeks ago to buy a fit for a night out where we spent over an hour going through many different clothes and sizes with the incredible Danni who ran around non stop in her quest to help us out. She should be paid more.

Had a menty b over a coat and the staff here were the absolute best! Helped me make a decision i don’t regret and I left feeling great. Couldn’t thank them more 🫶🏼

Friendly staff though only one person and one register open this close to Christmas, seems odd
