Uncle Tom's Pies

Uncle Tom’s Pie’s for everyone that grew up on the North Coast or drove the old pacific highway, it is like one of those old standards the Americans sing about on Route 66.
Everyone knew about it, everyone stopped and bought a pie and for the surfing culture it was a destination.
Bypassed now but still going. Maybe it’s lost a little of its glory but for those who visited in the past it’s part of us.

Classic old school pie shop with friendly staff and the Best coffee on the far north coast.

If you don't eat pie here... your life is incomplete... Had curried lentils pie with soy mocha.. believe it or not, this is the best pie and best of the best barista coffee ever. ... love this place. would definitely come back here for pie and coffee... lady is lovely.

Lovely little place to stop by from the highway. Cheap coffee, good pastries and wonderful service. The place has gorgeous outdoor seating, sells flowers so it has a lovely floral scent, and a little indoor seating.

Gateway to Mullumbimby. quality refreshments available. Easy parking. A good place to take a break when traveling. Or an easy spot to meet up with a friend to begin enjoying a day of local sight seeing.

Ordered up a family size butter chicken pie, proceeded to eat half of it myself. Goddam it was good. Great range of gluten free pies and sweets if gluten is an issue.

Always the best place to get something to eat in mullum..early morning or late afternoon. Best range of pies and sandwiches.. always fresh and a good price. Also makes a decent coffee. Quick fast service. Def recommend if going thru the area

Love it. Such a great range of delicious food, not just pies, and lots of beautiful plants on offer. Really friendly staff that are always happy to help out, and great entertainment for free as well for all ages!

I see now that you've got a toilet and it's open to the public a lovely little less place to the side of your bakery the lovely place to sit down put your feet up and relax you take in a book your pies they grab me improve and I love chicken sweet chilli chicken which shopping with the special last week keep up the good work and great coffee

Amazing spinach and fetta pastry

A great surprise to find this place traveling through town. Had the pepper streak pie. VERY peppery and good size. Really enjoyed it and would try again.

Still the best pies on the coast. Many varieties and also for those who want gluten free. Al little out of the. Way have to leave the highway to get there

I want to answer Harry's review. It's not because you are black, Harry. The toilets at Uncle Tom's have been out of action for ages. I am local and it has been broken for some time. They now have a portaloo but it is often out of action due to needing servicing. I am so sure that you would not be rejected for service anywhere in Mullumbimby.

I've only ever had the vegetarian pies here, they are really good. The coffee is not bad either.

I am a pie fan and have eaten many a pie in my time. Wow! Absolutely delicious!

I had spinach and fetta roll. Yummy! One of the best. Walk in to the store, there is retro game table. Cool.

I had a fantastic butter chicken pie and my wife had a wonderful vegan pie. Something for everyone. Two thumbs up..

Beautiful local shop, the coffee is amazing (especially the iced varient) and the food options are bountiful and all delicious. My favorite place to stop!

It's a family tradition to stop here on road trips. Always great pies and lovely place to relax
