I always find something for my son to buy.

I just came into BigW store to return 2 items of clothing I purchased online, which didn't fit.

Exceptionally friendly and super helpful staff to deal with when I went in on two occasions with an issue.

Great range and very good prices. I seem to get most of my general clothes and footwear at this store, but appliances and utensils are also very good.

The young girl who worked at the service desk today 20th Nov around 12:30, was so professional and caring! There was a very difficult customer among many giving her such a hard time which is so horrible to see, but even with the queue forming behind she was so calm and truly deserves to be noticed for handling that pressure all on her own! I hope the rest of her day goes smoothly :)

I was not looking forward to shopping today. It could not have been an easier not more pleasant experience though.The person on the door was so polite, efficient and helpful. Not only that humorous. It was a great start. The person in the book section was helpful a number of times. Even working out where stuff was for me out of her area. Then at the check out. I was using a gift card for the first time. It took me a few goes but the person on the checkout again could not have been more helpful and did not get flustered as I had to re enter numbers a couple of times. Well done Big W

Welcome by a beautiful staff today 4/3/21 between 10am and 11am.

I didn’t get her name, she looked of a pacific islander descent.She acknowledged my daughter upon entry and offered my 4 year old daughter a free book.

Picked up an order that we paid for online, staff were very attentive and efficient.
Very satisfied with there services.

Staff friendly and so helpful. Unlike some more "upmarket stores" in the Mall, Big W is consistently my go to. Staff always ready to help. And available. Went out of their way to find a toy for my grandson and have it shipped for free to my house in time for Christmas. Thank you.

Rating 5 stars because of the fabulous lady out front who greets you. Customer service at it's insanely best. I only wish I knew her name to acknowledge her I think she may be of Islander descent and I only say that to point her out because she is truly fabulous I love going there just to see her. Also the store is easy to navigate and the team are so helpful. Value for money.

Great service at the Service desk for my pick up order today. I was nervous about picking up furniture items but they brought them out in a trolley and was easy to wheel straight out to the car. Thank you!

Large store, well laid out, departments clearly signposted and friendly service. Been there many times. Good value. Reason for my first rating is that I had to return a product today. I rarely return products because I do my research beforehand but I didn't this time and the product was faulty.

The return process was excellent, quick, friendly, no problems.

From the minute my grandson and I entered the store it was a happy experience! The lady at the entrance was smiling and very helpful and greeted us as though we were family.
