Westpac Branch Chadstone Centre

Had to set up with a bank and John Lew was nice, patient and engaging. He made this experience a smooth transition in an already stressful time for me. I appreciate it!

Kelly is always very patient and helpful. Today she helped me sort out a complex security form, she communicated around, figured out the steps and stayed late till around 5:30pm (apx. 1 extra hour on her work time) as unfortunately the web-page was not working well. She did nearly everything that was required.
I was really impressed by her hard work as a loyal customer of Westpac. I will stay with Westpac Chadstone because of Kelly's exceptional customer service.

My partner and I went in to get a joint loan and open a joint bank account. Desiree, Ankit and Paul all made our experience so easy and lovely. Can not thank you guys enough for being so professional with great customer service. We do most of our banking out of this branch now too.

I like that this bank has an self-service coin counter that pays directly into your account.

Staff have always been lovely, my low score is based solely on their Cash Exchange machine which is empty for weeks on end. I assume this is an issue with higher up management, for a branch in such a large shopping centre this is not good enough.

Went in to deposit money - only 2 people working and a line of about 10 people waiting ! Thought I’d use the atm to just get it done! The machine took my $500 and didn’t give me a receipt. I spoke to a worker they said nothing they can do until the next day. Next day is a public holiday ! So now I have to wait a couple of days !
Went to the teller to deposit the rest of my money and she counted it wrong and cut me $300 short !!!! She has 1 job! 1 job and she can’t get that right!

They said they would call me back today with the funds , bank is now closed , I never got that call!

Terrible bank. Hopeless workers ! Faulty machines ! Changing banks due to this experience

Terrible service. My cards have been stolen & I needed $$. No ID on me - but I answered every security question she put to me. Challenged me on my signature - in the end I was shaking and couldn't do it! Then smiled and said she was protecting my money.

Waited for 30 minutes to be seen, then teller couldn't help, asked me to wait for manager, 15 minutes later manager went to front counter and assisted person who'd just come in,proceeded to office, original teller came over & started lying about previous appointment, l said l'd seen what happened & it was really poor form to lie to me. Hopeless service, will never go back

Worse customer service I’ve ever had at Chadstone Shopping Centre Westpac Branch, Victoria.
I arrived at 12.15 on Saturday at Chadstone Branch and told her that my query will ONLY takes 5-10 mins.
She replied it is FULL today and can NOT assist me . WHY the door still open???
The Trading Hours on Saturday is 9-30am - 1pm.
I need the answer from the Westpac Boss Please!
