I have attended Mullum Fitness twice weekly for the last eight months in a one-to-one environment with Max Schlueter. I have significantly benefited from these sessions. I find Max extremely knowledgeable, energetic, considerate, and likable. I see Max as a first-class professional and look forward to continuing my association with him.

Max is the best trainer I’ve ever had. He is so precise, knowledgeable, kind, sensitive and yet really knows how to safely take you to your edge. He has helped me rebalance my body and especially m helped me with my shoulder pain and QL muscle. He knows exactly how to tweak the little moves and details making a HUGE difference in either gaining stability strength or flexibility. I feel very safe and comfortable with Max. He is professional and knows exactly when to be strict and to listen to his clients. Wherever you are- whatever level you’re at; he is able to meet you and build you up safely.

Max’s classes were recommended to by a chiropractor after back issues. His classes are challenging and safe for all levels of fitness at the same time. He has the ability to focus on everyone’s needs to ensure they are working to their ability, with a sense of humour to lighten the load. My husband & I love Max’s classes as they have absolutely enhanced our lives. Thanks so much Max.

Best ever pilates lessons - Max is super professional; gives clear, precise instruction; every class is dynamic and different so always fun and interesting; pitches at a range of abilities so suitable if you have injuries plus room to grow as you get stronger. When I started with Max I was having regular migraines from computer work which I no longer get. Yay!

I can highly recommend Max! I started training with Max around a year and half ago. Since then I have seen a massive improvement in my tone, strength, posture, balance as well as hip pain levels. Max has provided me with a very personalised program that he tailors to my changing fitness levels, goals and abilities. It is clear that Max has extensive knowledge, experience and expertise along with a great sense of humour, making for a challenging, fun and safe work out every session.

Max is by far and away the best personal trainer I've ever employed. I've been seeing him and his collegues for over five years.

His approach is holistic and he has an insightful and deep knowledge of the human condition. He is doggedly focused upon your issues.

More than any medical support, Max's ongoing tuition has greatly improved the quality of my life.

I could not recommend Mullum Fitness more highly especially to those of us who are disinclined towards taking expert care of themselves.

My time with Max has cost me a fraction of the same in medical consultation, but for me has proven vastly more beneficial.

Max has a level of knowledge second to none. I started training with Max almost one year ago. At the time I had a major back issue that I had spent ten years trying to fix. Max has taken me from hardly being able to lift up my little girl to being stronger and fitter at 39 then I was when I was in my 20s when I was training 5-6 times a week (and I only need to see Max 2 times a week, 3 if I’m lucky). I cannot recommend Max more highly as a fitness professional. He has an absolutely incredible level of skill and ability. Max will help you achieve your fitness goals no matter how far off they may seem.

Others have said it all! I am so glad to have been directed to Max's pilates classes! Pilates was recommended to me by a doctor as the best way for me to care for my back after a serious issue. 12 months under Max's guidance and I can say my back hasn't felt better for a long time, I have got stronger and my whole body shape and posture is changing for the better. I feel safe and in really good hands with Max, and his sense of humour make classes fun. Thanks Max

I really enjoyed Max's mat Pilates classes during my month in Mullum. I've had a lot of teachers over the years and have to say that Max is one of the very best. His classes are carefully thought out, challenging and varied. He uses the Pilates accessories (Fitball, band etc,) in a very effective way.He has a gentle, caring manner but will always encourage you to do that little bit more, while making sure you are doing the exercise correctly.

Max's Pilates classes and personal training sessions over the last few months have helped me immensely with ongoing neck and shoulder issues. He is an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated instructor. During his classes he makes sure every participant gets the best results from the exercises. I highly recommend Max.

Simply put, Max is a genius for the back. I was quite often in debilitating pain from my back and with Max's commitment and a fair bit of my own, I have waved goodbye to something I feared I may be stuck with for the rest of my life. His rewarding fitness sessions are ALWAYS challenging, but full of encouragement and quite entertaining! I may be a sweaty mess by the end, but I always feel happy. I feel so privileged to be under his kind and professional care and have a trainer who is so dedicated to the over-all well being of his clients.

Mullum Fitness personal trainer Max Schluter has really helped me get back into shape. I was at the stage in my life where those extra kilos were starting to effect an old knee complaint, now i'm loosing weight my knee is in far less pain and i'm feeling more energised. Max has given me tips and guides on nutrition, improving my fitness, pilates and stretching. It all seemed like a effort to start with. Now with regular guided exercise and checkups from Max i have much more stamina to play sport with the kids.
I generally feel alot better about myself. Thank Max

I have been attending the Pilates classes for 3 years. Prior to Max's classes I had back issues and required a hip operation. I was unable to garden and do general lifting of many things. Since doing his classes I have regained my strength and more. My posture has improved and I can lift and move with confidence. Thanks Max
