Sydney Physios and Allied Health Services: Parramatta

I recently had the privilege of being treated by an outstanding young physiotherapist, Hary Nethra. Hary demonstrated a level of expertise that made a significant impact on my recovery. He was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate, creating a positive and supportive rehab environment. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking exceptional care from a rising star in the field.

I visited Hary with slight pains in my shins that I was starting to get concerned about. He assessed me and was able to find the underlying issues and inform me in a way that was relatable and easy to understand. Due to his treatment there has been improvement and through follow up visits there has been significant improvements. Hary treated me before a sports tournament and this allowed me to perform pain free both during and after. Hary does a great job with his treatment and care as well as having a great personality to make the whole process a better experience. I would highly recommend him to any one needing treatment regardless of whether it is a little ache or a large injury.

The treatment for my legs done by Hary Nethra was very impressive and it helps a lot. I could see the effect the very first time he did the needling on my leg, before I came to visit in to this place I was not able to sleep at night due to my annoying legs it has to be hit really hards as form of massage before it let me sleep. They are very nice and accomodating. To those people who is having the same issue as mine, I would recommend him to treat you. He did awesome job. 5 star for his service👍

After falling on my knee I damaged it and was in so much pain to the point where I thought it was broken. I was referred to Arkash and he was empathetic knowledgeable and gained my trust quickly. He told me what was wrong with my knee but I still had an X-ray and Arkesh was right about his diagnosis. After 3 sessions with Arkesh. I can now get out of my car and do stairs with less pain. I still need Physio and he has made a plan for me. Arkesh is personable And explains everything in an articulate way but breaks things down so the patient understands what’s going on.

I would highly recommend him to anyone with any knee injury!

My GP recommended the facility for treatment for my back and hip, and I would like to thank Hary for the exceptional care I received. He was kind enough to work with my schedule and the treatment he provided as well as the exercises he recommended have greatly with the pain and improving my mobility. I would highly reccommend the facility if you ever find yourself in need of physio services.

I was struggling with my knee pain to a point where I had trouble walking and was getting so frustrated with myself. After just a few sessions with Bianca, I can now walk more confidently, I can get up/down from a chair and even some squats - how amazing! I am just so pleased with the results - Bianca has been so kind, supportive and patient with me. She is knowledgable and professional - knows exactly what to do if you can't do an exercise yet, she'll always have a Plan B. Would give her 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!!! :-)

Mum went in with Sciatica. Hary was her Physio. He heard her problem and efficiently and kindly explained what he was going to do and exercises that would be beneficial at home. Varu from Sydney Physios has been my physiotherapist since December 2021 and I highly recommend him for his high quality service. He takes time to listen, pays attention to detail and is very clear in explaining the "why" of the problem and prescribing relevant exercises. My fitness routine was limited because of the issues in my foot and Varu got me back to my regime. I am deeply grateful.

I found I got all my questions answered and I was told as each step was performed on my elbow
He also asked me questions as he did the treatment, making sure I had no major pain. He also gave me exercises that are helping greatly. If you need physio please take the time to get real help from Sydney physio

I was recommended to Mr Arkash Jayanandan by a work colleague, who like me was going through rehabilitation from a work injury. Arkash diagnosed my injury and provided me with effective treatment for my knee and and lower back. Arkash also discussed the importance of rehabilitation exercise. His treatments and advice in regards to the exercise as well as feedbacks from follow up visits, has in turn helped me greatly to improve to be able to return to full duties. For a professional caring service with great advice, I highly recommend this practice.

Arkash is a fantastically knowledgable physio. He is very personable and empathetic and takes the time to explain your injury and the recovery procedure. I have always felt that I am in the loop about my injury and treatment plan, and that he has my best interests in mind.

I’ve been having right shoulder pain which I’ve ignored for so long but had to get it sorted. I scheduled to see Varu at Parramatta clinic and his treatment allowed me to do my exercises pain free. Now I feel so much stronger and better, I can play and shoot around at basketball with no issues. Don’t ignore nagging pain, go see Varu and get it fixed up!

Physio was down to earth and friendly while being very professional. The physiotherapist I saw was incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable.
