Lake camping Appesbach

We were only in camp restaurant and it was great. We tried schnitzel, goulash with spectze, kasespetlze and crispy chicken. We could recommend all of them

Awesome place to camp, stay in hotel, or even just visit. Beautiful location with blue waters great for swimming in the summer. Bathrooms, restaurants, friendly staff, and nice people all around. Couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you so much

Nice lakeside camp. More oriented for RVs but we stayed in tent with no issues. The tent pitches are accessible only via grass road which was quite challenging after long rain. The on site restaurant is really good and the facilities were always clean and warm. Some clubroom to hide in while it rains would be nice addition.

Nice simple restaurant, clean bathrooms, all the ingredients for a wonderful vacation. One of my favorite places to be. Hope to return soon!

We had a tent and found a place in the camping area which is not next to the lake, but quite close, 1min walking along caravans, However there was a great view on the Alps to compensate it. It was €31 for a night for a tent and two people. Plus €3.50 electricity. Great facilities, free hot running water in the showers, freezers, washing machines, electricity sockets, little shop and a bistro, boat renting.

What a lovely campsite. The facilities are the best I’ve ever encountered camping, makes the whole trip feels like clamping. Super clean and very well set up. Staff is very polite and helpful and the price very reasonable - we were the two of us with a car and a tent and we paid 21€. The campsite is mostly flat and you’ll have a nice view of the mountains. The lake is nice and refreshing. We stayed there twice on our trip and would stay there again!

Really lovely campsite right on the shore of Wolfgangsee. Very clean bathroom facilities and a well cares for campsite. Area for tents is a little far from the bathrooms but worth it to be next to the lake. Staff at reception spoke English and were really friendly. Half an hour walk into St Wolfgang from the campsite.

Excellent location, with direct access to the lake. Clean toilets and shower, shops with necessities and fresh bread daily, and a restaurant with has nice food. Receptionists spoke English which helped a lot. They also kindly lent us an adaptor ao we can have an electricity. I very much recommend (nearby camps won't have direct access to the beach!)

Probably my favourite part of the trip! Everyone was super friendly. Nice layout, very clean facilities and good food. Will be returning again to stay and say hello to those I met along the way. You know who you are ☺ Thank you

Beautiful, Great facilities, clean, perfect for first camping trip with baby who loved being able to swim in the lake to cool down when it got too hot in the tent. A nice walk to town along the lake and easy hikes/walks around the site so perfect location. We will be back!

Great place for camping with beautiful lakeside. And if you take a walk for about 20 minutes, you can also meet a small but nice village.

Perfect place for rest, SUPing and other sports. Nice hosts, well-equipped camping with all necessary things like fridge or hair dryer. A lot of stuffs for young children. Acceptable prices and choice in a local shop.

Great location, direct access to the lake and very helpful staff. Had a great stay there and enjoyed the delicious dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Looking forward to my next visit!

Everything just perfect, clean showers, bar n restaurant, good food, shop that sells mainly everything, fantastic lake to swim, kayak, paddle boarding, very polite happy helpful staff. Thankyou for making our stay a stay to remember. We will be back

I slept 1 night in the car. Toilets and showers are clean and free. Place is nice and workers polite.

Lovely camping with great facilities. Right by the lake. You can also rent a boat there. We stayed there twice and stuff was extremely helpful and nice. Recommend!

An amazing camp grounds, we stayed in one of the tiny house!
Amazing facilities (both in the tiny house- kitchen, bbq/ deck, bathroom, bedroom, electricity, TV, towels, bedding etc)
On site there is private access to the lake, boat rental, Stand up paddle-boarding SUP centre, kayaking, bike rental (incl electric), a restaurant / pub, shop, clean WC facilities and reception area, with events on throughout the day (yoga, movies, snooker etc)

What an amazing stay, can’t wait to go back- a short and beautiful lakeside walk into St Wolfgang town which is also beautiful, and despite its small size is overflowing with wonderful restaurants, cafes, shops, sights etc

Highly recommend for anyone who is camping/ Campervan or Glamping!

Excellent staff, wonderful location and amazing food if you catch the BBQ night. I don't know how it could be better!
