CESTA GRAND Aktivhotel & Spa

We were in Cesta for a week and it was a great experience. We loved that everyone was so welcoming and helpful, our waiter Jorge, and receptionist Renata along with all the other stuff members always was there to help us during our stay.
Our room was always clean and tidy, and the spa area and stuff were also great.
And last but not least the food was amazing and well planed every day.

We spend some unforgattable time here, recommend everyone who want a comfortable place with big rooms and delicious food after a long skiday. Staff is five star kind and very customer-oriented. Would like to highlight Renáta at the reception who were there when we needed anything, she solved all our problems. Sauna and swimming pool also recommended. Nice place to chill+++++

Joseph is always cheerful. Very friendly and helpful guy yours is the best sauna show. The indoor pool and changing rooms are extremely clean.

We spent a great ski week again at the Hotel, where we enjoyed all of our moments. We loved especially spending time in the Spa - that was always clean and cozy. The sauna seances were the highlights thanks to Jozef the spa master! He was always attentive and kind.
The room were cleaned and were ready, thanks for the efforts.
And no to mention Robert, the breakfast chef at the restaurant and the dinner team.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Cesta Grand Aktivhotel & Spa; the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was amazing and increadibly helpful. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Josef for the unforgettable and amazing Aufguss ritual! The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Badgastein.

The hotel is very very clean and nice welcoming stuff also I would like to thank Joszef for warm welcoming us in swimming pool section and the section was very nice and clean especially with a mountain view.
For sure I will come back again.

Our staying in hotel Cesta Grand was a true blessing after being lockdown during pandemic back home. The stuff in hotel was very friendly and kind. Special compliment to Ivana from restaurant , who was very kind and great with kids and Ingrid, a mountain guide, with whom I did interesting and funny winter walk over mountain’s hill! Food was very tasty, room was spacious and always kept nicely clean, so was the pool and rest of the wellness area. We’ll be there back for sure!

Friendly, nice dinner, we were guests from outside of hotel.
We had dinner in restaurant with hotel guests, after we had some cocktails by the bar. The cocktails was fresh and tasteful.
I would go back again because of the good impressions. 😉

Superb hotel with love to detail and a high value for money ratio. the spa was large and beautiful, the rooms cozy and nicely furnished and the breakfast buffet had everything you could wish for. check-in and out was easy and took only a few seconds. all in all one of the best hotel experiences I have had in the past years. Only downside: the spa is open from 3 to 9 pm every day, which is a bit too short if you are arriving late.

Very nice hotel ( I loved the fireplace near the reception)clean rooms with nice view, in the price of the room was included sauna ( herb, finish, uv) and a pool. We also had included the breakfast ( that unfortunately consisted of too much processed meat and was the same every day). We also tried the restaurant for dinner but we did not like it - the food was pricey and not tasty.

Great hotel. On the one hand it is cosy and relaxed, and very well managed on the other. Big rooms. Nice Spa area with a big swimming pool and several saunas. Picturesque surroundings, the hotel is close to several ski areas approachable by car. Food is delicious and restaurant is well managed.

I've been in this hotel almost 2 years ago, when its name was Europaischer Hof and it had 5 stars status. Nowadays, the name has changed, so did the status, - to 4 stars. Stiil I see no difference in quality and overall hotel facilities and services. Good location, free Wi-Fi (no password no login, very easy) though somewhat slow up to 5 Mbit/sec. Very convenient outside parking (free). Very good and really large swimming pool with water temperature of about 30 degrees Celsius (no chlorine smel). Breakfast is good, but nothing special.
Personnel is generally friendly which is always nice..
Rooms are good (somewhat old stylish though) and room rate is very attractive! (€75 single use).
Overall I've got very positive impression and assess the property as 5 stars hotel.
P.S. There is one drawback though and that is dogs/pets. It is allowed.. However I haven't heard anything disturbing and therefore do not downgrade otherwise veri nice hotel to 4 srars.

I had a great time. The stuff members were very kind. A waiter was always smiling and was nice to me, special thanks to receptionist Maria and her colleague for help. I really recommend to you a visit this hotel. Fünf Sterne :)

Excellent hotel, peecefull, large room, clean, very nice view. Most Recomanded with a car... I will stay here again!!! A very good inside pool(but i prefer that the temprature will be more hot 5 degree) but its a good pool. Very good breakfast!! A planty free parking places

Very good hotel: spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good food and relaxing swimming pool and spa. Nice people and good service. The temperature inside the hotel was little too hot..
