Verwöhnhotel Berghof

Exceptional is an understatement. The hotel is amazing, from the comfort of the rooms, the food, the location, the sauna area, the friendliness of the staff and the entire ambience. The hotel is located a short walk away from the ski lift and has the most amazing sauna area for after ski relaxing. The food at the restaurant is exceptional...in variety, taste and presentation. I could not have asked for a better place to spend my Xmas break...thank you for the most amazing experience and stay at your hotel. I will most DEFINITELY be back...perhaps even make this our annual winter getaway place 😊

Fantastic ski holiday with the hotel very conveniently located across the road from the gondola. Beautifully prepared and excellent choice of food with very friendly staff. Nemanja, in particular was extremely helpful and friendly, making mealtimes a very enjoyable experience with his happy disposition and good sense of humour. All staff at the hotel couldn't do enough for us !! We will definitely be back.

Great comfy room with a very nice shower and view of the mountains. The restaurant has delicious food and good selections. Location is very close to town, groceries, shopping.

This was the second time we had stayed at the Berghoff, and after an 8-year break it didn't disappoint. The attention to detail is extraordinary. The staff, whether at reception, in the dining room, spa or domestics are all friendly, attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean and well appointed, with comfortable beds and balconies.

The food is varied, beautifully presented, invariably tasty and always plentiful. The staff made sure that one of our party, who is a coeliac, was able, insofar as is possible, to eat much the same food as the rest of us, but in a gluten-free form.

The extensive wellness suite is calming and well equipped. It provided a really good way to wind down after a busy day on the slopes. That the gondola is only 50m from the front door of the hotel is a real bonus

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms, wellness facilities, food and service were all excellent. The location, opposite the gondola, was superb.

The only things we would like to change if we could would be

1. The smoking in the bar after 6.00 pm which spread smoke throughout the foyer and fire area and stopped us from using this area in the evening.

2. An improved internet service.

However, these were minor issues and, overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We celebrate our wedding at the hotel.
We live abroad and the team at the hotel managed to capture and execute our wishes and ideas very good and very quickly. It was a day never to forget. A perfect team work!

We loved the room, the wellness and massage, great location and beautiful hotel overall. The diner was great The service also. We only missed baby chair in the room wich was provided to us after we asked.only we didn't like an insident when one of the cleaning ladys came on our balcony with some kid, while we were in the room. It felt like we had no privacy. But for the rest it was great.

This is a super ***** hotel, trying to make every detail perfect.
The stuff is so kindness to all guests.
The hotel has the solution to everyone (playground for kids, SPA, adults area, swimming pools etc.)
The food is Outstanding and Suitable for all (kids, Vegan, Gluten free, etc.)

We stayed for a week and attended a wedding reception at the hotel. The staff took such good care of us, particularity Milo and Sasha. We also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools; the jets and slides which were fun.

Very kid friendly and well equipped hotel. I truly recommend this!

Place was perfect, just other side of road from lift. Staff was very helpfull.
We (family of 4) have fun and sun all week.
Only problem was with Wifi connection (for teenager that is like end of world if Internet is not working 7/24 :) )

We have visited Berghof several times during the last 12 years, and we have each time had lovely stays there. We have just went home after a weeks winterhollydays. As usually it was a great experience with super service and lovely food. We look forward to visit Berghof in the future.
