ROOTS - Organic Store and Juice Bar

The store has been opened for less than a year and gives one more option for people who want to shop for organic products and/or good quality ones. The space is well-organized and clean with two floors. There are a wide range of both local and imported products.

It is good to see many of branded fruits have been labeled with stickers instead of excessive plastic packaging. I also appreciated it when the cashier asked me if I need a shopping bag instead of automatic giving me one. I hope this will become a common practice for all shops to ask before giving to reduce plastic consumption besides the option of inviting shoppers to bring their bag.

I love this store and shop their regularly even though there are several similar stores in HCMC that are competitors. Roots have a great range of produce and imported products at fair prices. The store is clean, spacious, and well organised. Staff are helpful and friendly and whenever I've had a problem or issue, the staff have always made it right. I wish them much success.

I frequently order groceries from here through Grab and I'm always surprised by how wide their selection is, how high quality the products are, and how well everything is packed. This is one of the only places in Vietnam that seems to care about eco-friendly packaging - they use almost only paper and the bags are sturdy and great for reuse. Even when I have literally three grocery stores in my building, ordering delivery from Roots is a far better experience because they always have what I'm looking for. No more wasted time searching supermarket aisles!

Roots has an amazing selection of fresh fruits and produce. I absolutely love the candy grapes they sell! They are so sweet and you can get them delivered right to your door.

The reliable grab delivery service and reasonable pricing are two factors that stand out at the organic supermarket. It's worth considering for organic shopping needs.

Quick and helpful responses from the Roots staff make the shopping experience there the best in HCMC. They're always responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Great place that specializes in organic imported food. It was one of the few places I could find gluten free in Vietnam. Stay for the juice bar as well! Highly recommend!

Mình ghé shop dịp khai trương nhưng nhà xa gần đây mới có dịp ghé lại. Ko gian mua sắm vẫn rất sạch và thoải mái, shop nhập đa dạng hàng hoá hơn trước nhìu.
Bạn nhân viên nam bán hàng dễ thương, tư vấn giúp mình giỏ trái cây mình mang đi biếu rất ưng ý 👍

Cooler, gut sortierter Laden mit vielen Bioprodukten. Es ist aber bei weitem nicht alles bio dort, was ich bei dem Namen erwartet hatte. Ich habe einen Saft probiert und er war super lecker. Die Atmosphäre im Store ist ebenfalls prima.
