CAT BA OCEAN CRUISES

Incroyable croisière de deux jours et 1 nuit. La cuisine vietnamienne a bord était délicieuse et copieuse ! Le guide était fun et a l'écoute, nous avons fait kayak, pêche, baignade pour ceux qui le souhaitaient, et nous avons pu voir du plancton bioluminescent. C'était réellement une expérience fantastique dans la baie de Lan Ha nettement moins touristique.
En petit groupe de 9 je recommande les yeux fermés!

Cette jonque de 4 cabines convient vraiment aux familles ou petits groupes d'amis. Les cabines sont simples et agréables. L'itinéraire est parfait. J'étais très content de faire du vélo au village de Viet Hai et de faire du massage de pieds par les poissons. Quels beaux souvenir !

Contattati direttamente tramite il numero di telefono sul loro sito. Abbiamo effettuato 3 giorni e 2 notti insieme a loro... Che dire.. Noi ci siamo trovati stupendamente bene, sono stati gentilissimi e premurosi.Abbiamo dovuto cambiare 3 barche nel nostro tour in quanto eravamo gli unici a fare 2 notti, ma nonostante questo si sono preoccupati di diversificare ogni luogo e sosta... Forse anche il fatto di non essere stati in Alta stagione ci ha aiutato... In ogni caso... QUALITÀ /PREZZO OK!!!! Non aspettatevi crociere di lusso...

Superbe jonque, très bonnes prestations, acceuil chaleureux, repas délicieux... Nous recommandons vivement pour tous ceux qui veullent visiter la baie de Lan Ha,

Our private 1 night 2 days tour to Lan Ha Bay was a lovely experience that I recommend, but I must admit that it started a bit rough. I would like to share this review for I think all travellers now should keep in mind that the two year Covid period did not help anyone, that things might have changed so it would be wise to try to get as up-to-date information as possible when booking anything to know what to expect.

When we embarked it wasn't the shiny, clean boat in the pictures and there was one ship boy/cook only, who was trying his best to run to everything. We got quite disappointed and contacted the sales office saying that this did not match the pictures or the descriptions presented in the marketing material - no crew/guide/anyone to do tai chi, etc- and certainly not the money paid. They sincerely apologized explaining the hardship of the Covid period, gave us a discount and cleaned the boat with extra staff from the other boat when we went kayaking. From then on, everything went perfect and everyone did their best. The sales lady stayed with us most of the time to make sure we were happy, the captain and the ship boy were so kind and friendly at all times, the food was plenty and delicious. The Lan Ha Bay tour with almost no boats around was a miracle and the biking at the Viet Village the next day was a lovely experience. Recommended for a cozy, private experience in the region.

Nous sommes mécontents. Nous n'avons ni reçu la prestation achetée sur Booking, ni été avertis. En plus, le cumul de problèmes est trop élevé:
- le bateau a été changé (pour Dai Duong 07), car le gros était en "rénovation retardée par la pluie" ;
- nous n'avons pas été avertis proactivement ;
- embarquement avec 2 h de retard, pas de guide pour nous en informer ;
- cabine "de luxe" beaucoup moins bien, odeur de gas d'échappement, gros bruit de moteur et grosses vibrations ;
- les cocktails offerts transformés en bières, car "le bartender était malade" ;
- et finalement pas de possibilité de payer par carte, alors que c'était spécifié sur Booking.
A chacun de juger, mais traiter le client ainsi n'est pas correct. Le rabais obtenu n'y change rien.

Positif: bonne ambiance sur le bateau. Le parcours s'est fait en grande partie dans des zones avec peu ou pas d'autres bateaux. Belle sortie en kayaks, seuls au monde, avec jolie plage pour se baigner. Le guide s'est donné de la peine, malgré son anglais limité.
Nous avons bien mangé.
L'agence a répondu favorablement à notre demande de rabais, c'était fairplay.
Communication avec l'agence professionnelle et efficace, en français.

Ill be clear and simple.

We reserved à Cruise for 2 days and one night. With all the way back to Hanoï included. So obvously the way back the Day that the Cruise end. We Booked it just the Day before and on whatsapp so no way to missed some informations.

But ... We had a big surprise when the girl from the office told us "of courses there is no buses back to Hanoï its Tet holidays", like We obsvouly know as tourists ...

We had to asked 5 times for them to find a solution, that cost us more than we agreed also cause it's "Tet Holiday" but nobody told you that 2 days before even if everybody knows about it.

Then the same girl of the office told me it was my fault and if I was mad I will have to figure it out myself and treated us to leave us alone on the island if we weren't "nice".

On the cruise some stuff that the agency were selling didn't happened and we had to leave very quick the last day (not even the time to take a shower).

I will let an other review for the boat but the girl of this agency was really agressive and didn't care at all about the customers.

Très déçu par la croisière

L’Itinéraire du bateau était identique que les autres bateaux : aucune originalité.duree de la croisière plus courte que les autres et pressés de retourner au port le matin( retour même avant l’horaire prévu )
Arrêt pour une Plage qui n’existe pas .
Parcours kayak avec du mauvais matériel et au milieu de tout le monde
Aucune explication de la part du guide.
Trop de repas et pas assez de visite : nous ne sommes pas allé beaucoup plus loin que les navettes qui vont à thaï viet (autant faire un aller retour avec le bateau publique ...)
Bateau très mal positionné pour le lever du soleil : lever à 5h pour rien du tout et guide absent qui s’en fiche .
Cabine à côté des cuisines qui pue le gazoil: séjour à inhaler des vapeurs de gazoil .Seul contact répété pour un problème de paiement qui n’était en fait pas le cas puis pour un trajet en bus . Une fois le règlement fait , aucune possibilité de joindre l’agence !
