I took a Vinasun taxi today and realised when I had left the taxi that I had left my glasses in the taxi. When I returned home, I went back to the taxi rank and talked with a Vinasun staff member and the drivers there about what had happened - using Google Translate. Via my payment receipt they tracked down the driver, and called him. 30 minutes later, the driver delivered my glasses back to me! He didn't ask for money, but I showed my appreciation. I was super impressed and appreciative of how kind and helpful they all were. A big Wow! and thanks! from me.

This is the taxi company that I used when staying in Vietnam. The trip from the Saigon airport to a hotel in district 3 costs 150K dong, airport tax included, compare to 1.2M dong quoted by our hotel. Average cost within 3KM costs me 50K dong. I had good experience with this company

Amazing experience. My husband left his phone in the taxi, we didn't know which one was that, we started panicking. Luckily our driver came back to the place where he left us with the phone! Less in 10 minutes and he was back! Very pleasant man, he was so positive and saying all the time that today is happy day! It was definitely for us, that we got amazing driver like him. Besides that phone story all drivers we got are super skilled in driving, they know all the little streets which is not easy to drive in Saigon! Also very affordable 👌🏻recommend!!!!

Just wanted to say thank you to the whole vinasun team in Ho Chi Minh and the people of vietnam. I took a taxi from Ben Thanh market to our hotel and gave the phone to the driver for address. I forgot to pick up after drop off. A gentlemen at the hotel helped me communicate with the customer service and they tracked down the driver and phone was delivered to me within an hour.

Became robbed on my phone Samsung S7 edge when the taxi driver picked up a newspaper and showed the price while I paid and he took my phone. The next day we went with this company again and then the driver wanted to see the money in my wallet. I only did this to try them out. I went for free because there was a fuss between us and the money. A company seems to train its taxi drivers to rob people. WARNING WARNING !!! Do not go with this taxi company !!!!! Police already notified !!!

there is no English-speaking employee, but if you say the right address, they will definitely call the car. Cars always arrive quickly, employees answer calls quickly

I am so happy. This is true. Our Vinasun taxi driver just returned my iPhone wich I left in the taxi. He didn't know where I stayed, because we hoped on somewhere else. Our hotel called the office of Vinasun taxi and they said, that a taxi driver, who had two foreign customer going to the Rememberence Museum, reported a found iPhone in his taxi. The taxi central gave him our hotel address and he came all the way to check, whether it was our phone. This is so unbelievable. I am very grateful. I am so happy to have it back.
