We had a lovely experience shopping here. Our sales assistant Mr. Chung was extremely kind and helpful, and catered to our needs with a lot of care. He knows his stuff. We purchased an iPhone pro max and we were really happy with the price offered to us.

We purchased an Apple Watch and a few straps, the store is complete, great environment. Well located as well. We are satisfied

Went in and was assisted by the friendly staff named Lê hoàng vũ. He knew the answers to my questions and was very patient when I was trying to make my decision. He assisted in the transferring of data from old to new phone and provided lots of choices for a new phone case unlike other stores who would immediately offer the most expensive one. Really satisfied with the service from this store and staff! Bought here 5 years ago and it was great then too

I loved the experience my family and I had during our visit and subsequent purchase in the shop. Right from the doorman to the manager, Mr Phong, we were greeted with a warm welcome. This was followed by a professional attitude of showing us the choices among the laptop budget and brand that we chose, that helped us feel very comfortable with our decision. Mr Phong, a person who I know since years, always goes out of his way to help his client and even their friends with all our myriad questions and challenges dealing with our personal devices.
I highly recommend FPT for all of one’s technological needs and purchases.

I love F studio to make a good deal of getting apple product or any products available in their store. The staffs is really helpful and generous and they are so much informative that they guide us about the VAT REFUND at the airport. They even provide a VAT refund DECLARATION.
