I really enjoy my stay here! The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and take good care of you! One of the nicest people we met in Vietnam! Food is good and location quiet and views are awesome.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Jenny and the team were super helpful with anything you needed. They helped arrange our travel from Hanoi to tam Coc and then after the stay booked us a transfer to cat ba. They also helped arrange any of the activities in the area making it super easy for us to choose and book. The rooms were also very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

Nice place, we had a night in bungalow. The staff are nice and friendly, they helped with bus and everything. But be ready that breakfast is very basic, coffee is not good. But it's the only one disadvantage. You can rent a motorbike there or take a bicycle for free. Nice place to come back. Ah, and don't forget repellent, there are a lot of mosquitoes.

I kid you not this was the best stay we had on our entire trip in Vietnam. The service from Hi was exceptional and went above and beyond in so many ways! Really made our trip in Ninh Bin such a dream and we wouldn't change a thing. The room was so beautifully done with high ceilings and the AC was amazing!! There are so many fruit trees on the property and you can see the mountains right in front of the place. It's worth checking this place out, it will be one we remember for sure :)

I cannot say enough great things about this place!! First, staff were amazing, so helpful, booking us a nice fancy taxi, turning the fans on whenever we were nearby, drinks every time we sat down at reception, etc. Also the grounds are beautiful, the little villas you stay in are spacious and super clean, and the beds are comfy. They had scooters to rent for 120k per day. Also the FREE made-to-order breakfast of pineapple or banana pancakes with honey were delicious!! Seriously amazing place!

11/10 would recommend this homestay. Beautiful setting, with clean and modern facilities. The beds are comfy, the showers are hot and powerful and the location is ideal. You can rent scooters from the hostel directly, and they will arrange bus/train tickets on your behalf. Breakfast is included and is great! All of it is wonderful but absolutely the best part of it all is the staff! They are so helpful, kind, have lots of local knowledge and make the stay! Thank you!!!

We spend one night in the dorms room, which was clean, safe and well taken care of. The bathrooms were fine, the food was great, but the service was the best. The guy who runs the place knows english well and is always willing to help you out and answer any questions. We rented motorbikes here for two days at a reasonable price and had a blast driving around the park. Highly recommend this place

Family run operation. The young man at the desk does most of the customer facing work, while his family do most of the rest. Top notch customer service. Helped us with our bags, trip planning and answered all questions thoroughly. Everything was billed to the room and itemized at checkout. Large, clean room. Soap and towels provided, but no shampoo/conditioner. Not the best location, 20-25 minute walk to the beginning of the main street. On the flip side, you get beautiful mountain views and a secluded vibe. 25-30k VND Grab to town. Motorbike rental available at 120k VND per day. 110CC and 135CC Yamaha options available. Bicycles also available. Wide variety of buses bookable through the Homestay (see attached photo). Good free breakfast consisting of coffee and pancakes/noodle soup. Really good paid food options at the restaurant at reasonable prices. Soft drinks, beer and potato chips also available for purchase. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended!

What an amazing place! The owners are some of the sweetest people I've met in Vietnam. They are genuinely generous and will make sure you have the best stay ever. The best place to stay during your trip to Tam coc!

Excellent homestay. It has something of a hostel but still the open character of a homestay. Good beds, good sanitary/lavatory, and super friendly staff. He helped us like he was my brother. We had a superstar. Big recommendation!

The place is just magical....as someone on a tight budget this is nothing short of a blessing....the helper there was so helpful and sweet... absolutely perfect stay here...no faults at all.

Best stay ever. They upgraded us to a bungalow. The rooms are clean. The host is helpful, he provided us with all the information of ninh bin. Property is super duper cute. They have a swimming pool also. You can hire scooter and a bicycle from here. They provide laundry service.

Un immense merci à la femme qui nous a accueilli, elle nous a donné plein de bons conseils sur les endroits à visiter dans la région. Nous avons loué un scooter directement à l’hôtel, qui propose aussi des vélos (gratuits) et je pense que c’est indispensable car l’hôtel est au milieu de la campagne.
