Great experience here! The lady boss is kind and welcoming, and even conversed with us in mandarin.

Had the foot scrub and foot plus neck/shoulder massage. The pressure was just right and indeed soothing. Staff were also enthusiastic and had a great vibe amongst them.

My only comment for improvement would be the airflow in the inner massage room as it felt stuffy.

Amazing service from all the ladies here, especially Linh! Got fresh water and watermelon and the salon is so gorgeous. I changed my colour one coat in and they were more than happy to change! Really recommend and great prices!

My partner and I have a pedicure at Lotus Spa and we had a wonderful experience! Excellent staff in relaxing environment. I also got gel French pedicure which was done perfectly.

Staff were incredibly friendly and the salon has a relaxed atmosphere, they also offer tea and fruit upon arrival.

We were picked up from the hostel with a bike (not even 2 minutes away). Once inside we got tea and dragon fruit. They made us feel like royalty👸. I choose to get a lotus massage of an hour. At the start of the massage they ask you if you want a medium or strength. After an hour my body felt so relaxed. The people at the Spa are so nice and friendly and make you feel like royalty. They even gave us tips on what we could do around here! At the end we even got a little Christmas present🎄. Definitely recommend going here and the atmosphere and aesthetic is great.

Amazing time at Tam Coc Lotus Spa! Got gel nails and they did a fabulous job, just what I asked for and done so well! They were all very lovely and even got some fruit and tea. Would definitely recommend!

What a gem of a spot in Ninh Binh. My daughter got acrylic nails with a gel polish and design with Loan that turned out beautifully! The spa is professional, clean, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Loan if you are looking for beautiful nails!

Lovely spa with lovely staff. Friendly and provided me with some water and melon. The service was quick and good price. I got a gel pedicure and a normal nail varnish pedicure which was 350k in total. Place was very clean and decorated well.

Loved this place! I got a 90 minute massage and it was the best I’ve had in Vietnam and better than most other massages I’ve had in other parts of Asia. I also got my nails done and they did a fantastic job! I have had my nails done for the last 6+ years and know when they are good at their job. Definitely recommend this place. Amazing.

I came to Lotus Spa today seeking a relaxing massage to help me deal with my traveler’s stress. The spa has a super cute aesthetic and it is clean!

I took the Lotus Massage for 75 minutes and got a full body massage plus facial. I found the overall experience to be pleasant and comforting. I told the manager about my pain points and she communicated this to the masseuse. Additionally, through out the massage they asked me to tell them if the pressure was okay, reassuring me that at any point I could speak up if I didn’t feel comfortable. I really appreciate this!

We took 2 massages, 1 full body + 1 upper body. They were both amazing with the right amount of pressure. The masseuse was surprisingly very strong as I like deep massages. The people are extremely nice and welcoming. We went to other massage places in Ninh Binh, this was the best one by far.

The girls were sweethearts, I enjoyed my time here and would recommend. Their manager (boss maybe?) is very good at her job and makes sure everything is alright and done well. A friend of mine got a massage here and she loved that as well!

Great experience! I had a facial, eyebrow tint and wax and eyelash dye and curling. My boyfriend had a foot massage. Such reasonable prices! We both loved our experience so much we came back the next day for another facial. Would definitely recommend. Tea and fruit on arrival is a great touch! Lovely and clean facilities.

Thao, the manager and Hue, the technician are so amazing and professional. I tried the VIP massage and facial here, highly recommended. It's very relaxing and the ambience is great. They are very friendly and serve nice tea and fruits.

Excellent salon - got eyelash extensions done which are beautiful and natural - just what I asked for. I went back the next day and had a gel polish done which is also perfect. Both services were done by Linh who was lovely and very professional. Highly recommend!

Went in with a photo of a design I liked and the girls here put in a lot of effort to make sure the flowers were drawn on impeccably well! Special shout out to Loan - she was absolutely thorough with her work!

Lived my hair wash and massage. I had the highest price service which was appr $10 and it included a great head massage, shoulders massage, facial massage. They blow dried my hair at the end but did not do the hairdo- just dried it. Myhair is shiny and silky now. Loved the treatment . Long did the treatment and she was fantastic. Highly recommend

Was visiting the city and searched massage spa and this one came up with great review so I thought my friends and I would go check it out. We all go different services and I got the VIP package and man did I feel like a VIP. As soon as you arrive you get greeted with hot tea and a warm foot bath while you wait for your room to be ready. My masseuse really got into it and got some knots out and constantly made sure the pressure was okay. My skin is glowing after the facial as well and my body is baby smooth after the coffee body scrub. They made me feel really well taken care of and my body thanks them immensely!
