Nhà hàng Ngọc Phương Emeralda - Vân Long - Ninh Bình

Loved stopping by this spot after taking a boat tour of Van Long Nature Preserve! My partner and I just shared a meal of goat with sesame sauce and it was the best meat we've had so far in Vietnam. Unfortunately we realized after our meal that we were a little short on cash, but the owner patiently allowed me to sit in the restaurant while my partner scooted around for almost an hour, looking for a functioning ATM! We were the only people there to eat but it was made very quickly and tasted great.

We happened here on the way to Van Long. The goat with sesame came out sizzling like a fajita, and the fried tofu in tomato sauce was tear-inducingly delicious!

Wow. We stayed at Emeralda and while the food is great there, we wanted to get “off campus” and explore. We found this nice little place not far. It was run by a young couple who were just the nicest people. Their cooking was excellent. They had nice balance portions, great aromatic flavors, and it was all from scratch. We met a couple folks from South Korea and a Karaoke night broke out. The couple brought out some of the grandma’s rice whiskey and, well, let’s just say the night went somewhere we never expected! It was amazingly fun and completely unexpected! What a great family, experience, and food.

Ngoc phương restaurant is a great local food.
We had lunch here with our party time at november.
The host is so friendly and kind he also great cooker.
Here I really want to recommend for all of people around the world.

Very nice food. Everything is really fresh and very tidy. We slept in the Emeralda Resort and it's just 300 Meters away. So go for it and enjoy vietnamese food from locals

We were in the Emerald Resort and we were loooking for a tipical local restaurant outside the resort. We ate twice here and the food was fantastic. Phuong is very friendly. You can rent motorbikes here as well.

Good chicken fried rice and fresh fruits. Get there if you are looking for a place to get food close to van long reserve. Very nice host.

A small restaurant. However, food is quite good. There is not so many staff so you have to wait for your food. You should call them to pre-order
