What a lovely place away from the very crowded main street. The first day we just went here to get a coffee. But we liked it so much that we came back the day after for dinner. The place is very beautiful, made with a little pond in the centre. And it's very quiet. The family who run the place were really friendly. The food tasted amazing and very fresh. I tried the Mango Coffee which was just amazing. If you like sweet stuff :D we will definitely come back. Thank you so much

This coffee place was a lucky find while searching for a place to sit for a coffee. We sat at the balcony upstairs and whilst it was cold the cozy atmosphere warmed us. We had one coffee traditional vietnamese and one coconut chocolate and banana pancakes. Everything was super delicious and while leaving they gave us one small bottle of water each. Thank you for the very nice experience. We would definitely come back.

We loved this place!! Beautiful small family run cafe in a really cute quiet area. We ate here 4 times on our visit to Ninh Binh and it did not disappoint every time! The coconut coffee is delicious and so are the granola bowls❤ the family are so smiley and friendly, definitely visit if you’re in Tam Coc!:)

Lovely cafe!
The ambience is very green, with a pond full of fish and a little bridge making the atmosphere excellent and cozy.

The staff (probably owners) were so kind and helpful. Great place to work, although the charging points are on the top floor rather than the garden. But that's minor! I recommend this cafe and I'll be back very very soon!

The vibe alone was enough to steal our hearts. This charming coffeeshop is set in a garden of lovely green foliage, with a pretty koi pond running down the middle. It’s tucked down a quiet side street and makes for a very peaceful atmosphere. There’s also a nice sheltered area for rainy weather. We’ve explored their coffee, tea and food.

They make the best lemon, ginger and honey tea we have ever had. Everything is in exactly the right proportion of spicy, sour and sweet.

The delicious coffee is Phin brewed. If you order condensed milk it comes served on the side so you can sweeten it to your liking. They also provide a fresh milk option with sugar on the side. If you’re looking for a decadent sweet treat, try their egg cream hot chocolate! They egg coffee is also fabulous, with a nice measured sweetness.

Their goat pho is amazing! Lots of noodles, green onion, carrot, shiitake mushrooms. It came with a side of calamansi, cilantro and hot peppers. The broth is some of the best pho we’ve had in our three weeks of travel through Vietnam. The goat in the soup is a bit tough and cartilage-y. That don’t stop us from loving the soup, but some readers might not enjoy that.

We have been exploring their fruit coffees during our visits. The banana coffee is fantastic, it comes with a banana blended into coconut milk, poured on top of the coffee. The flavour combo is delightful! The ginger coffee blew our minds, it’s one of the best things on the menu. We never imagined the spicy warmth of ginger would pair so well. It is served with sweet milk which provides some nice balance. This is a must try! The mango coffee didn’t really work for us - the mango over powers the coffee and the coffee removes the complexity of the mango. The end result is just a bit bland.

We enjoyed the stir fried lemongrass chicken, it’s all about the sauce! And the seafood rice has a generous amount of shrimp.

The peach, orange and cinnamon tea is interesting. The cinnamon tea goes wonderfully with the fruit - it comes with some fresh orange juice and a bit of peach nectar. That does mean the tea arrives more lukewarm than hot. But it is very tasty.

What a wonderful spot. We were greeted with the biggest smile. We sat in a small nice garden with a fish pond. We had the best coconut coffee whilst in Vietnam and we are still talking about the banana crepe. In a good way.

Very cute little garden away from the noise street. Good to relax a bit and very friendly owner. We enjoyed a vegetarian pho which I can highly recommend.

The owner were the loveliest people on earth. We ate there three times in a row and were every single time absolutely happy with the food (oatmeal, granola, fried chicken) and the coffee (egg coffee). Such a beautiful café.

This place was our favorite restaurant for lunch. The food was delicious, it had good vegetarian options. The service was amazing and the owners were so nice. We had some special food requests (no chili and garlic) which they followed. And the lady was giving us a free water bottle to go after lunch.

Absolute favorite café! This cafe is located in a side street and is not visible from the main street, but definitely worth a visit!
The staff are super friendly and the service is excellent!
There is a very varied selection of different coffee combinations, e.g. coffee with mango, which tasted exceptionally good.
Also the food, noodles with vegetables was very tasty and with lots of different vegetables.
You sit beautifully in a lovingly designed garden with a small pond.
We can highly recommend this cafe and will definitely come back when we are in Tam Coc.

Best restaurant in town! I’m not a person who goes to the same restaurant when I’m in one town for a short time, but Xanh Coffee changed my mind. Amazing fresh food, good atmosphere and the family who runs this restaurant are one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Absolutely a hidden gem in Tam Côc!

DELICIOUS! We came here twice as it was so good and the people are extremely kind. The best pho ga we've had so far. Smoothies are yummy too. I really enjoyed the egg coffee. I love hot coffee so really liked that they have the coffee cup in a bowl of hot water! The outdoor seating is in a beautiful garden which is such a great bonus - highly recommend!

So glad we visited this wonderful coffee shop! The iced coconut coffee was the best I have tried in Vietnam so far. Great egg coffee too. The garden setting is really peaceful and there are powerful fans outdoors to keep you cool. The staff are incredibly friendly and smiley and even gave us free water bottles when we left. We’ll definitely be back!

it’s a lovely spot away of the big street so it brings calm. We had the Vietnamese coffee with ice which was very good. We had the chicken and lemongrass with rice, the omelette with onion and some pancakes with Nutella and banana, everything was amazing, we wish we had had more time in this village to come again! The total bill was 225 Vietnamese dong

I only give 5/5 opinions when something very nice and unusual happened and this is the place - for hospitality, real smile, coffee and banana smoothie 😄 I've been there 3 times and recommend to try.

I’ve eaten here almost every day for the last 14 days that I’ve been in Tam Coc. The family is so sweet and kind. The garden space is enchanting with the pond and the little bridge. It’s truly a wonderful experience to eat here.

Speaking of eating, I’ve tried numerous dishes and drinks and I wish I had taken photos of every one of them. My favorites have been the avocado smoothie, egg coffee, coconut coffee, orange/carrot/ginger juice, steamed vegetables, chicken/lemongrass with rice, tomato tofu with rice and mushroom/chicken with rice. Oh and of course fried rice with chicken!

I highlyyyy recommend!!!
