Tam Coc Amanda Villas

We stayed in Amanda Villas in a quiet area in Tam Coc - location was very close to city centre and was quite peaceful, relaxing stay. We were able to receive free bicycle hire to ride around the small town, or could hire a scooter for a small fee.

The owner Nam and his family were super friendly, attentive and great people. They also gave us recommendations on what to visit and the owner offered to give us a ride into town even after we checked out.

There was breakfast made each morning which was also very nice, had diverse options of things to eat.

The rooms had an amazing view looking out to the mountains nearby. There was also a heater in the room which helped for the cold nights during our stay.

Great location just out of the busy town but still super close. Cheep bike rental. Hosts were so lovely and friendly. The room was beautiful, great air con and comfy bed, and the pool was lovely. Hosts even let us shower in a spare room before we went to catch our bus even though we'd already checked out 🥰🙌

We had an amazing stay at the Tam Coc Amanda Villas! The hotel was super well-kept, comfortable, clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Also, the morning breakfast was very delicious! The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the downtown area.

We can’t say enough about how helpful the staff was. They helped us arrange everything we needed, and were very attentive to all of our needs.

We stayed three nights in this homestay and it was perfect. It is very calm out of the noise and you can directly walk or bike to an amazing part of tam coc. It is also closed to the valley of sun where it is the best to do boat to avoid the crowd. What was the best is the family, the couple is very nice with their guests. They gave me hot water every night for tea (no boiler in the bungalow because everything is in bamboo) and help us with our bus ticket. The breakfast was very typical as well. The bicycles are good quality too. I will highly recommend this homestay.

Nice good value bungalows and upstairs rooms. A bit noisy with cockerells in the morning, but it's a rural location just on the edge of Tam Coc on route to Bich Dong Pagoda. We slept well and very comfortable. Nam and Hung were great hosts.

Visiting Ninh Binh, seriously consider this fab little village Tam Coc. Owner Nam & his family at Tam Coc Amanda villas are perfect hosts, check out my Trip Advisor post! Hotel super clean & roomy, food great, nothing too much trouble & ideally placed to use the free cycles/mopeds offered. Nam & his family depict the true epitome of Vietnamese warmth & hospitality & balance the need of independence with local knowledgeable support if required: forever engrained in out heart with heartfelt gratitude ❤🫶

We stayed at the Amanda Villa twice during our trip through Vietnam, as we really enjoyed staying here: the bungalows are spacious and very clean, it is quiet, bikes and motorbikes can be rented on the spot, they have a laundry service and the breakfast is really good (you get fresh mango from the tree in the garden!).
Both the owner and the receptionist are extremely kind and helpful. They helped us organising transportation to our next destination and even gave us a ride to the center of Tam Coc with our heavy luggage when we had to catch the night bus. The property is also really well located, outside the busy village center, but still a short bike ride to many attractions. Very recommended!

Fantastic location. Just far enough from the restaurant strip to be quiet yet close enough for a short walk. Wonderful English speaking host. Excellent breakfasts. The best. Great rooms. Ride 50m on your bicycle and you can pedal through rice fields with incredible views. Tranquil setting. Crystal clean pool. Craftsman built bamboo lined internal walls. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Comfy beds. Will definately go back.

It is a very nice complex, the room is super comfortable and very well equipped. It has two beds and the big one is king, the decoration is made of bamboo inside and the air conditioner is perfect. The bathroom is also very nice with everything you need, the outdoor pool has some very nice colored lights at night. The breakfast is simple but it's fine, I highlight the attention of its owner who is wonderful, he helped us with everything we needed, I really recommend this place, a very good price for what it offers.

Amanda villas in tam coc is a great place to spend some time. It’s walking distance from the center, yet very relaxed and peaceful. The hosts are very friendly and kind and will arrange and tailor to your needs and let you experience some traditional Vietnamese cuisine

Super helpful staff and the pool is a wonder! The location is perfect if you want to be just outside Tam Coc to avoid the crowds.

Nice place with very useful and friendly host. The villas is located in a very good location near most of Ninh Binh most famous place to go (Hang Mua Cave, Bich Dong, Trang An, etc.). Strongly recommend this place for your trip in Ninh Binh

Really nice rooms. Great swimming pool that has a roof that can be put over it for rain or shade.
Free bikes to use to pop into town, or to rent for the day. Also scooters.
It was a bit further out of town than we had thought so you need bikes really.
Breakfast not very special. Owner was helpful (but a bit grumpy with his staff).

It's a beautiful place. Providing a good services. People is friendly.
Rooms look very nice and the bathrooms is very clean.
