Lotus Field Homestay

Me and my friend stayed here for two nights and were blown away. The service is great, the food incredible, and the views amazing. The rooms are also very spacious. If you want peace and quiet in nature, and not the hustle and bustle of Tam Coc, book this place. You won't regret it!

Oh, and order the lemongrass chicken dish for dinner. It was so good that I ended up ordering it three times in total.

We didn't want to leave! This place is incredible, pristine and very private. The room was spacious and clean. All rooms have huge windows facing east and an unobstructed view on the limestone mountains, so you can catch amazing sunrises. The staff was super friendly and accommodating (they served us earlier breakfast so we can eat before our 7am bus). Breakfast was free, but vegan options pretty limited (only fried rice and fruit). They also offer free bikes that we used to get to all major attractions in the area.

The lotus field Homestay is an absolute gem! Tucked away from the noise of Tam Coc in a stunning location. The family and staff are very sweet. The rooms are spacious, food is delicious, and the bikes are definitely better than most home stays. While a little further out, the views and peacefulness are worth it!

Only wish I could've stayed here longer! So peaceful in a remote location, and they offer affordable scooter rentals or free bikes to get into town. Slept really well with comfy beds and the nature soundtrack. Each unit is a separate cabin-like studio for great privacy. The family who runs this homestay is very friendly and will make you feel comfortable! Units are up to date and clean. And the food is AMAZING! Better and fresher than everything we had in Hanoi. :) Highly recommend.

Best place to stay in Ninh Binh, and surrounding by these magnificent limestone land.
You will be able to visit the most popular sites by cycling or motorcycling.
We have enjoyed the kindness of the hosts and the delicious food.
I will recommend this place for anyone looking for quiet, wonderful and unique stay.

What a gam! Stayed here for three nights and enjoyed every minute. All the staff is so friendly and helpful. They offer a huge variety of good food and the bungalows are fantastic with a great view. It's a little remote but the quiet and peaceful nature is worth every dollar/Euro, dong.

One of the best, if not the best homestay. The views and the place is just a amazing (you get to see a sunrise that you’ll remember for the rest of your life), the accommodations are great, the food is delicious and not that expensive and finally the people working here are just lovely. Look no further, just go there and you won’t regret it!

This is one of the best places our family has ever stayed in. The location is great, the bungalows are beautiful and the owners are extremely kind and helpful.

They helped us to set up tours and drivers, cooked us wonderful meals and treated us with incredible warmth. This is a must stay if you're visiting Ninh Binh ❤

I was close to booking this but went for another guesthouse as I wasn't sure if getting there through the long and narrow paths will be a hassle, especially at night.

I ended up cycling over for a meal instead and wow - did I regret not booking my stay here. Absolute tranquility and with probably the best view you can get in all of tam coc and trang an. I don't think things will stay this way for much longer so do book your stay there before more construction of new guesthouses around this hidden area.

If you are staying elsewhere, this is a great place to have your meals here as I did. The chicken and chips dish was unexpectedly tender and the fries on point, surprising for a place this far out and remote.

Stay here if you enjoy the quiet nature, dislike humans (maybe) and are able to move around via bicycle or scooter.

The homestay was very nice and the rooms were clean and big. We visited in December so the rooms could get a bit chilly.

We ate chicken pho for breakfast every day, it was delightful!

It would get a four but the price was extremely cheap and they booked nice private tours to Trang an for us.

Great place with amazing scenery of nature.

The staff is friendly & professional, they will answer your enquiry promptly without much delay.
They do offer motorcycle rental service for you to explore around.

The rooms are neat and tidy. Most importantly it is clean !

The only cons: It is a little far away from the nearest store/mini-mart.

We spent one night before going back to Hanoi. It was a blast! In the middle of the nature and lotus field, the bungalow was super clean and comfy. The staff was extremely kind. As soon as we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. We also rented directly at the home stay a motorbike to visit the area and we would have loved to stay few more days. If you are looking for a peaceful area with great staff, go there. Thank you Dung for your appreciated kindness!

Warm welcome. Smiling staff who adapts perfectly to your requests (breakfast served earlier so we could leave with a full belly, clothes washed, dried and folded very carefully). The rooms are impeccably clean and the beds very comfortable. The view is sumptuous, in the middle of nature. Perfect if you want to escape the crowd of Ninh Binh. We had a great stay. Merci beaucoup 😍 !

Is a bit out of town but still close to some of the more popular attractions.

Restaurant on site serves up nice food too so if you lazy at night it's worth just staying in.

Best place to stay in Ninh Binh. People are sooo kind and welcoming. We got to learn a lot about culture. Best part is the view. Even if you sit back and relax whole day here, it's worth

This place offers a serene and tranquil escape for visitors seeking a peaceful retreat in a mountainous setting.
Stayed here for three nights absolutely enjoyed it and staffs over there were really sweet and helpful. Even though it is located at the far end of the town they provide you motorcycles for rent driving through narrow roads to reach town centre was fun and interesting.

A peaceful paradise with stunning views! Came here with a friend of mine. We have a bungalow with 2 queen sized beds! The view from the bungalow is top notch…. really took my breath away… We woke up everyday to panoramic view of limestone hills rising out of rice paddies every day. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially when we sought advise for our itinerary. Service was great. WiFi was strong hahah.

It is about 5km away from the old town of Hoa Lu (worth a visit esp at night!!) but you have taxis and grabs so it’s not a big deal. Highly recommend this place!!
