Tam Cốc Palm house

The place is amazing! so comfortable and have almost all the facilities that someone will need! Food shops and restaurants were near the location. Some tourist places were really close that you can rent a bike from the house and go there. The landlord was so nice, kind and helpful. She lives with her beautiful family in the homestay, they all were nice and happy to receive guests. She suggested many beautiful places to visit while being there, and they all were worth seeing! Everything was perfect, my husband and I were so satisfied with the stay and definitely we would like to go there again!

The location is very good - it's a bit out of town but the village is really beautiful. You can rent everything you need there. The host speaks good English and it's a great advantage. She is willing to help and answer all the questions you have. They can help organize tours and transportation. The breakfast is very good. I can highly recommend staying there.

Honestly what an amazing homestay. I loved it so much, I booked a four person dorm but ended up in a 2 person dorm with a double bed to myself which was amazing. Breakfast included. I rented a motorbike which was again fine and got amazing recommendations of the owner who can speak very good English. Would recommend staying here if you want a nice relaxing place.

We loved our time here, the bungalows were spacious, beds were comfy and all very clean. The family running this place were so kind to us and helped our organise our bus to the next place. The breakfast was really nice too. We hired bikes from here which made exploring Ninh Binh very easy. Would highly recommend this place if you are in the area!

The most kind and helpfull people. We found ourselves lost due to a problem with our previous hotel, luckily the owners of Tam Coc Palm House were kind enough to let us stay here. The rooms are very big and clean, as well as the bathroom. They even have bikes if you want to visit around Tam Coc. We definitely recommend this place and hope this review is helpful. Such a beautiful home stay. It’s in a small village outside of touristy Tam Coc and the family who live there are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The cottages are very comfortable and spacious and the garden is very beautiful, they really make an effort with it. We were given lots of helpful tips and a map of where to visit locally. We also opted to have dinner there one day which was really delicious and far better than any of the food available locally.

Stayed here with friends for a couple of nights. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend. Thank you :)

Very friendly family and beautiful peaceful rooms and garden. The dinners we shared with family were fantastic. Best of all for us was the 2 little boys that our son had great fun playing Lego and running around with.

The village is very quiet so will need bicycles or scooter to get out a bit.

Our stay at the Palm House was great! We booked last minute, arrived an hour later and we're greeted by the nice family that runs it. The family dinner was tasty with tons of food! The bed was comfy and they setup a nice private dinner right in the beautiful court yard. We rented motorbikes from them too. They were fully booked 2nd night so she called her friend and hooked us up for same rate at anoyher amazing place down the rode. She explained all the things to do in the area with a map. We recommend staying here for sure!

Very beautiful Bungalows, all new build. We was so happy to stay here! I can recommend it to 100% We also got a home made 5 star lunch and had much fun with the family from the owner. It was a nice time here we will never forget.

Staying with this family was one of the top highlights of our Asia trip. The 4 days and nights that we were here we felt like we were extended family. Tsom and her beautiful family were so fun to sit around the table with in the evening. Her dinners she cooked for us were far better than any meal we tried in town. Her husband is a tour guide who has lived in the area all his life. He planned out a self guided tour with a local touch for us. Little tips he gave us made our days much better and fulfilled than any pre organized tour could have done. The bicycle and motor bike rentals are cheap, and the town is even within easy walking distance. Her grandfather took us on a special fishing trip in his fishing pond. They also organized our bus tour to our next destination and saw to it that we got onto the bus at night.

The property was clean, he beds were VERY comfortable and having laundry service was amazing. We can’t say enough good things about the Palm house and would recommend it to any friends or family!

Ahe took care of everything we needed and always with a smile!
She arrange a scooter for us and it got stuck in the middle of the road - in 10 minutes she sent us a guy with new scooter.
She makes amazing food and she sat with us every evening for drinks etc

After a few night bus adventures, I ended up under the rain, in the middle of the night, in front of this hostel. I had already booked somewhere else but the staff was absolutely lovely and they let me wait in their lobby. They even helped me call a taxi so I could get to my hostel. They were so nice and helpful, I can onlly recommend staying with them.

One of the best homestays we have ever been... very nice and friendly family, english speaking, beautiful landscape, great food, bikes available. You can also book the transport at the house - the bus stops near the house, very convenient.

Highly recommend this family run homestay. Thom,the mum, and her husband speak really good English. They couldn't be more helpful. Will arrange anything for you. Very clean and good standard of accommodation.

Best homestay experience I’ve ever had. The family goes above and beyond to ensure you’re having a good time. The bungalow was clean and comfy, good hot water. The family makes coffee and breakfast every morning which was delicious. The two little boys who live here are adorable and so so friendly. They helped us rent a motorbike and gave us a good map of the area to find things to do during our stay. Overall it was such an amazing experience and I can’t recommend enough!

Best Homestay ever and so friendly people there if you go to Tam Coc stay there its the best for shure ! He is a Tourguide and his wife and there children are so nice and cute!!
