Cozy Son Hotel

Brilliant stay in Tam Coc, breakfast was fantastic, bikes were very good, laundry also available for a good price! The pool table was also a great addition. The rooms were so quiet and dark at night time so we slept very well. They also allowed us to print off a few documents for our onward travels. The family who run the hotel are so nice, it was my favourite stay in Vietnam so far.

The most amazing staff and people to look after us. The room was perfect and it was cleaned everyday. We hired scooters from them which were perfect too. The breakfast everyday was so good and we were treated with such kindness and love. A home away from home.

Best little Hotel I have stayed in in Vietnam. Lovely family, great breakfast (banana pancakes are amazing) . Lovely spacious clean rooms, has a free pool table, laundry facilities and nicely located, (with a little bit of a walk into the town Centre). Tam Coc is a beautiful area if you get out and look, with some real hidden gems. TRAIN JOURNEY they booked for me was a nightmare but you have to just go with it in Vietnam! Thank you for having me.

Very clean hotel , 3 min walk from the centre. Lots of sites to visit all near distance , some short cycle away. Very helpful and friendly family run hotel. Will visit again

It was absolutely brilliant! Our room was very clean and tidy. This small family hotel was located 10 minutes walk from the centre and all the great restaurants which they have ,but on very quiet street which helped us to have nice rest and good sleep. Our hosts were so lovely! Very polite,try to make us feel good in any way they could! We had breakfast provided, and we used their bicycles for a ride. They could also book you tickets to some other destinations and call you a taxi! We received a bottle of water when we left :) they were very nice and helpful 👍. In all our stays in Vietnam, we never felt so welcoming 🙏 😊 if we ever went back to Ninh Bihn, we would stay there again. Highly recommended! Thank you, lovely people

Clean and well-kept rooms at a very low price. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they also serve good breakfasts. I also used the scooter and the laundry service, I was very happy with everything. Before leaving we were given a bottle of water for the road which was very nice.

The perfect hotel! Great location near to the local town and nearby motorbike hire for sightseeing. The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable. They were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. I would 100% recommend to anybody and stay here again:)

We came in the middle of the night and got a great room. The owner was very nice. Made great breakfast in the morning. There is also an option to rent a motorbike.

Hotel very clean. Room clean and nice, aircon works well. The balcony is cute and the swimmingpool is great. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Possibility to book scooter and eat in the hotel. The hosts are so kind and helpful. A lovely family! Thank you again! 🥰

Great location just out of town but only a short ride on complimentary bike or hire a motor bike directly with the hotel for 120,000 dong. We really loved room 202 with the two big beds as it had windows on 2 sides situated at the back of second floor. Owner is lovely although communication is limited but they are happy to help in any way they can. It's basically a home stay as the family live there. Breakfast is basic as always in the price range but the value is there for the room price. Would return.

Very nice hotel! The rooms were nice and cosy. The beds and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was included and tasty. We initially booked two nights, but then wanted to take a sleeper bus instead. This was no problem, and the friendly staff helped us to find the right bus to our next destination.

Loved the views and the employees here. It seems to be family owned, and the mother and young son run the hotel. It’s amazing how mature the son is when we were ordering food and asking about transportation and checking out - glad to see such good parenting! The rooms were lovely, and it’s a close walk or ride to town and all the surrounding attractions. Breakfast was good!

Loved our week stay here! The staff is kind, the FOOD IS AMAZING , our bed was comfy! The location is close enough to town (a 10 minute walk) to not need a bike or motorbike. Although I bet you would want one for a day or two to see the neighboring sites! Our room included a hot water boiler for tea or coffee and a hair dryer.

Get the food here. We liked breakfast, they had great pho ga. We really liked their cabbage rolls and vegetable spring rolls and tomato egg soup. I have a feeling any food made here will be made with love. The food was presented with beautiful garnishes too, an appreciated touch.

We stayed in a room for 4 people and it was spotless. Newly refurbished, perfectly clean, AC is without any extra fee and breakfast was included in the accommodation with a drink as well. If you decide to eat at this hotel it takes quite a while for them to prepare the food and the fried rice was dry AF, however fried spring rolls were perfect. Everything was great. The WiFi is very fast and stable in the room (10-20 Mbit). I attached a picture of the view from the room. Staff speak weak English but they understand basic stuff. I can totally recommend this hotel.

Can easily recommend it. The family and staff are super kind, helpful and caring. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean with lovely views of the countryside surrounding it. The beds are on the hard side. The breakfast is nice. The smart tv with a Netflix option was a nice touch. It is an about 10 minute walk to the main street and you can rent a bike or bicycle from the place to move about.
Will stay here again in a heart beat.

We stayed at the Cozy Son Hotel for two nights while we were in Ninh Binh and we loved it. The breakfast is amazing, the sheets are clean (no bed bugs despite what we saw in one of the reviews), the bathroom is amoungst the cleanest that I’ve seen in Vietnam, the location is perfect and the host is so sweet and accommodating. She even let us store our bags there after we checked out and offered me a shower long after we had checked out and paid. We hired scooters from the hotel while we were there for a really reasonable price. I really recommend staying here!

Best place that I stayed in Vietnam!!

No bad surprises, incredible clean, delicious pancakes for breakfast and a very peaceful place. The rooms are incredible.
They let us do the check out later.

The only thing it is that the price for a motorbike rent is 120K and in the same road you can for 100k

The hotel was really nice and 5 minutes walk to the main area. Breakfast is included. They arranged our transfer for the next destination and were very friendly. Recommend 100%
