Tam Coc La Montagne Resort & Spa

Resort is located along a beautiful lake and opposite a mountain. Great location if you are fan of nature.
Hotel manager Anna was extremely helpful when I contacted her via Zalo. She arranged a driver for my day trip to 3 location at a reasonable price and was attentive to my needs.
There is some improvements required for this hotel such as breakfast, but overall a beautiful place to stay.
As this is near nature, not for the faint hearted for small tiny harmless insects in the room.

We stayed in Lotus Villa Suite for weekend and had amazing experience and customers service was excellent and whole resorts was beautiful with location and view from how room was amazing and private too! If you want just weekend getaway and relax from busy tourist crowd city center definitely book here. Definitely being booking here again! Also short walk to a small boat boat tour. Make sure to go early in the morning to see the Lotus field in full bloom

We truly enjoyed our time here. From the time we booked (1 month in advance) until we stepped into our taxi, Miss Anna supported & guided us. She is excellent and kudos to her. This resort is lucky to have an outstanding asset. The suite was very nice. Had a beautiful view of the pond and mountains. Amenities were superb. Food was delish. Convenient to all the destinations. Must stay!

Amazing hotel. I can't say enough about the staff.. From the desk staff to the housekeepers and their amazing wait staff (the young girl waiting on us for the free breakfast was so attentive and remembered what we liked for the 3 nights we stayed she always had a smile on her face,) I would solely come back just for them.. Great people and so helpful. The hotel itself was also perfect from the location to amenities and the rooms. Loved having access to bikes for free and being a little further away from the city center (quiet but still not to far from attractions we wanted). Highly recommended heading to chookies for food on the bikes.

Tam Coc de la Montagne resort

Our family of four stayed here as part of our Intrepid Tour visit to Vietnam. We occupied two rooms for two nights. Overall our experience was very positive. The beds and pillows were comfortable. All the outlets work and are plentiful. The bathrooms are recently updated. The rooms are very clean with a stocked mini bar and a few complimentary treats and water. The WiFi is free and speedy. We used the laundry service which managed to deliver same day!

The kitchen is creating good food! We dined there both nights. The pasta and pizza are as good as you will get anywhere. The salads are fresh and dressings delicious.

Breakfast is similar to most hotels in Vietnam with a few fun surprises (onion rings or meatballs, anyone?)

The bar is fine and the espresso was satisfying.

My wife and daughters took advantage of the spa and enjoyed hair washes and a hot stone experience that was very enjoyable.

The service overall is friendly and attentive.
The main hall/reception is stunning, they have created a truly welcoming and comfortable place to eat and relax.

The grounds are adorned with flower shrubs and cultured trees, making the walk to our room very pleasant.

The shower uses a dedicated water heater in the bathroom so be aware that the hot water won't last long.

During our visit the pool was still empty as it is undergoing a refresh.

There are complimentary bicycles which can be used to tour the area, we used them to view the Buffalo cave and pedal to the Hang Mua lookout.

My wife and I occupied a room near the pool which was very quiet at bedtime.

My daughters were closer to the entrance so unfortunately were subjected at bedtime to loud karaoke from a neighbouring establishment.

My rating is based on value for price and the location and facilities available in this gorgeous part of the world. I'm sure as time goes on the management will continue to improve and refine their offering.

We stayed there two nights, the beds large and comfortable, the hospitality was Above and beyond our expectations. The staff is dedicated and courteous and made our vacation magical and The place is exceptional in its beauty.
