Green Mountain Homestay

I had to shorten my stay by one day. The owner was very flexible in his approach and helped me to change.
The hotel is beautifully located between rice fields and very quiet. Perfect spot if you want to relax. Rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

My partner and I had a great stay here in a private room.
It was very clean, had a mosquito net, kettle, fridge and drinking water.
(There’s also a filtered water tap at the bar to re-use your bottles)
Breakfast was very good for an included meal.
Staff were excellent helping us with activities and our next bus.
Would happily stay here again.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. The rooms were clean and the AC worked wonderfully. The owners were so nice and accommodating trying to help us at any opportunity that they could. The free breakfast and paid lunch/dinner were great and they have free bikes that you can use or scooters which you can rent. Great views and cute animals running around. Would absolutely stay here again!

Such lovely hosts! They do everything to help you. I asked if I could borrow some gloves for the cold weather but they didn’t have any. The host disappeared and five minutes later returned with some gloves from the shop which they wouldn’t let me pay them for. So thoughtful and kind. The family also invited us to celebrate new year with them and made us feel very much a part of everything. Great homestay.

Such a lovely place with wonderful service. Great views with family friendly vibes. Menu range was so wide n food so good and reasonably priced, we ate most of our meals there. Very highly recommended.

A relaxed place in the middle of nature but we’ll connected at the same time. The food it’s really good. Rooms were clean and very good for the price. The people who run the place and very helpful and nice. You have bikes for free and you can also rent motorbikes for less than 4€ a day. If I ever go to Ninh Binh again I would definitely stay there. I 100% recommend.

Really nice homestay in the picturesque ninh Binh mountains. Family run by a very friendly family. Their dogs and children are often playing and interacting with the guests (but not in an annoying way) and it’s very sweet. I would recommend this place and definitely stay again. It’s definitely a little more secluded and although only a few kilometers from the town of Tam Coc you need to go there by scooter, bicycle or Grab. The homestay was accommodating in helping organization. All of these things.

Great hostel, clean and comfy dorms (tho a bit of a squeeze). Decent price. Off the beaten track a bit, but still with services available. Hired motorbikes and cycles from the hostel, all great. Recommend 👍🏻

The hostel was in the middle of nature. Staff was very friendly, rooms and bathrooms were also clean. Towels, bed linens and a fresh bottle of water were restocked everyday.
There was also a nice breakfast included within our booking with different choices from pho, eggs and salad. Furthermore we rented motorbikes there which were fueled and you can ride to all the „touristic“ areas.

Great service, priceworthy food, free bikes and good rooms. Helpful and knowledgeable staff with good English. Overall a great stay.

The best stay I’ve had in Vietnam!! We loved this hostel so much!!

They have motor bikes for rent for I think 120.000 VND and free bicycles which was a win! Mopeds were definitely needed to get to all the remote sites.

The food was also fantastic! We loved the spring rolls!

We had a great one night stay here recently. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and surrounded by gorgeous scenery. We had a private room and bathroom which was comfortable and very clean. There is a restaurant on site and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I left a valuable item in the room and the owners went out of their way to get it back to me in Hanoi the same day, which I appreciate very much! Thanks for a great stay - highly recommended!

I had a great stay here! It’s a nice get away from traveling in the city and is situated a bit out from tam coc. So if you’re looking for nature and more of a quiet chill vibe this is for you. Met some lovely people to hang with during my stay here. More of a quiet hostel than a party hostel fyi (which i prefer). All the facilities were really clean and the staff was super helpful. The lockers and dorm beds were really big and they give you a new water/towel everyday. I had a little scooter accident during my stay here and the owner took me to get stitches and got me to a pharmacy. He set up everything for me and I’m so thankful. I had to extend my stay here a few days and it wasn’t an issue. Would stay again if I’m ever back!

Best homestay I have ever stayed in. We had a cool bungalow with really nice bed. The restaurant is amazing and serves really good food all day. And the facilities such as a pool and pooltable are great!

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. Nice pool and so much space to hang out. Dorms and bathrooms were nice, with amazing beds. Such a lovely staff too! Went there as a solo backpacker, but would say this homestay is more suitable for couples or families. Tried many items on the restaurant menu, but were sadly quite disappointed with all of them. But would still highly recommend this place

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! The owners hospitality goes above and beyond. He is so friendly and helped us book our next destination and train tickets. The private room and dorms (we stayed in both) are very clean and the AC works great. The private rooms have amazing wooden bathtubs! Great location right in the mountains and they have scooter rental on site for a great price. Amazing food, both the free breakfast and dinner (not included) was so good! Also the cutest hostel dog!

Amazing place! Surrounded by green mountains, you will have a very quiet and peaceful stay. A hostel and also offers private rooms, very well maintained. Amazingly friendly host. There is a kitchen/restaurant at the welcome area, where you can get drinks and food. Can also rent motorbikes, they help you plan what to do around Ninh Binh. Photos doesn't do justice to how good this place actually is. Don't miss this, if you plan to visit Ninh Binh or Vietnam.

Best place I’ve stayed in Vietnam. Surrounded by amazing landscape with views of rivers and paddy fields. Bicycles also available to rent for free.

Great food, great rooms, cheap laundry service, and they offer and organise day trips outside of the hostel.

Best experience in Vietnam so far. The rooms are clean and spacious, the host is very friendly and will provide you with everything you need, including water and fresh towels daily. Food is really good too! Great place to stay for some days!
