I highly recommend! Best place to visit the region if you want calm ! The location is perfect with a beautiful view on a lake. It is a quiet place compared to the agitation of Tam Coc. The rooms are very comfortable. You can rent motorbikes / bicycles.
But above all, the service is amazing ! The staff is always here to help you and is super nice !

For you Homestay is in the heart of Trang An's nature. Stunning scenery surrounds the place and the peaceful animal sounds create an idyllic atmosphere.

The stay features quite cozy beds and really comfortable pillows. There are average safes and outside bathrooms are ok.

The first morning we had a delicious buffet with different kind of quality food and drink options. It was blissful!
The next morning we walk up excited for the breakfast, only to find out that there's no buffet, but the basic two-option menu.

The hostess and the stuff though were super helpful and kind. The tried to find solutions to our problems, they provided us everything we needed and plus they offered us some free fruits and other goodies.

Overall a really good experience. I would come back again.

This place has a spectacular view. Though it was not easy to get in but they helped us to book a taxi to get us into their homestay from Trang An where our limo van had dropped us initially in the middle of the night, and helped us to book a bus to Sapa as well. If you are renting a scooter, consider using the newly built path to go to other tourist spots. It is definitely better than the one Google suggested. Otherwise, you will be like riding a horse instead. Food was good. No issue there. Room wise, might need some improvement. The heater, the bathroom and the bed should be improved. It wasn't terrible but functional. Hahahahaha. Anyway, great experience and they are super kind people. Contact them via WhatsApp if you have any doubts.

I rarely write reviews but these guys deserve every 5 stars, Have never been met with such good hospitality, the hosts were so caring and really went out of their way to make life seamless for us. Thank you so much for the great time we had

Incredible!! Hosts are attentive, super helpful, great English speakers. Food is pretty good, Indian King food nearby is great.

Peaceful area for a relaxing holiday. Friendly staff and moved me to a quieter room when I added a night with them. Thankful for that. Really beautiful surroundings and as compared to other
homestays nearby, I'd say they have a really good view.

If you don't ride a motorbike, it will be troublesome and costly to visit sites that are further and there are limited places you can get to by bicycle. I came during the long public holiday in Vietnam, so there were many big groups/ families and could be pretty noisy at night and morning if you want to sleep in a little more. On regular days, it should be better

Awesome experience. We stayed 2 nights here and had the best fun. The rooms are clean, food is good quality, location is in the middle of a beautiful landscape, and more importantly the staff are the best. They tooked care of us, helped us with recommendations for things to do and were super fun and kind. Very recommend. I'll be coming back.

Welcome to paradise! The bungalow is big with really confortable beds. Good breakfast. The view is amazing with a nice pool! But the best was the people running the place: they offered us a bed when we arrived at 4 am and helped us with bus tickets and free bikes! I would come back hands down!

One of the best stays I've ever had!
The homestay is really lovely, right in the middle of all these beautiful limestone-rocks and with a great view from the dining area.

The owners are really really friendly and always do their best to help you.
Even the bed sheets in the dormitory are changed daily and you get a fresh towel everyday, which isn't the case in most other places when you stay in a dorm room.

They also arranged a bus ride for me to Cat Ba island and a driver who brought me to the bus, for the same price you'd pay online without being picked up!

They have some really tasty meals too, and you can even choose a small dish for breakfast for free which is incredible for the price you pay.

Definitely recommend, it's like staying in paradise!
I've driven past the other homestays in the area and in my opinion this is the one with the best view!

We stayed here on March 2023, the location is great for your activities in Ninh Binh the famous Ann Trang river boating is within 1.5 Kilometres and Mua cave and the dragon statue on the mountain is within 5 Km. The Hoa lu ancient city is also within 3KM. The Tam coc river boating is within 13 KM. You can take cycle for free or rent a motorbike from here.
The staff are amezing and friendly.
The Hut Houses are amezing, they also have Dorm as well which are clean.
I loved the person who took care of us there, she was so helpful and amezing.
You can get the bus for your next destination from Right here which is the best part, once you done with the stay just book the bus for next destination wherever you are going in Vietnam and relax on the ranch outside.

This is probably the best accomodation we visited in Vietnam in 14 days. The staff really cares about the details : nice lighting options, a humidifier, a hairdryer, a clean and spacious bathroom. Hot water with good pressure.
The bicycles are in bad shape but they are free and we still managed to do 130 km in 4 days.
If you are planning to visit the Ninh Binh area, you definitely should book your stay here. Tam Coc is a nightmare. Here you get peace and quiet and the best views. Everything is within reach on a bicycle.
We arrived at 4AM but the two gentlemen still allowed us to check in. Ended up extending the stay for two more days because the accomodation and the surrounding beauty of Ninh Binh area demanded more.

Super nice location, so close to the nature. Beautiful views. The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant have good food! They have a pool and a pool table. The owner is so nice and the staff always helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!!!

Awesome stay in For You Homestay ! Thaï his sister and all the staff is unbelievable. Really kind, flexible and so on. You can rent motorbike, bike are free, food is good, view is super. Nothing to say. We were five and we all had a wonderful stay. Compare to all homestay that we saw during our stay in Ninh Bin, For You is far the best ☺

Unreal location, surrounded by 360 views of huge mountains and cliffs. We stayed in the dorms which was nice and cheap and had free breakfast in the mornings which is great because food in Nihn bihn can be a bit pricey if your a backpacker trying to do it cheap. Can’t recommend enough

This homestay is really nice. I slept in the dorm and they cleaning the hole bed every day. The breakfest was really good never had a breakfest like this. They have a lot of fruit! And all the people are really nice here

Great homestay with amazing views at the water, especially at sunset. Large pool to relax in and the bungalows are great as well. It has a decent restaurant and bar so we always had dinner here. Most people staying here seem to do that so it was pretty crowded with a chill atmosphere. Also has a pool table!

Very friendly and helpful staff, they will help you organize any day trips and offer bicycle/motorbike rental.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this homestay. It is a bit more expensive than usual in Vietnam but definitely worth it.

The homestay is located in the middle of nature. There are hammocks and chairs at the lake nearby where you have an amazing view of the limestone mountains. The homestay has everything you need, you can use bikes for free and you csn also rent automatic scooters hefe for really cheap. Als food and drinks are prices fairly here and the food is good. Finally there are enough fun activities to do such as swimmjng, pooling and more.
