Tam Coc Family Friendly Homestay.

I recommend this Homestay.
Nam has been a super host, She gave US TIPS about city tour. There was possibility to make laundry and rent bike or motor bike.
Breakfast was good
The room was clean and With a super view
The Homestay Is located near to departure tour boat tam coc

Firstly on arrival I was greeted by the owner Nam (Nam Nam), she welcomed me with a big smile and a glass of mango juice.
She brought out a map and told me where I should go and see, giving me information on distance and prices etc.

She showed me to my bungalow, which was fantastic and very clean.
I rented a bicycle from Nam, so I could ride out to some of the sights.

The homestay is close to the Tam Coc lake and the restaurants etc... just a few minutes to walk for dinner 👍

I'm already thinking about another trip, and would stay here again!!

My best homestay/hotel when I visited Vietnam. The owners were super friendly, warmth, and helpful.
The location could be reached by walk from Tamcoc Boat Tour Departure so I could get morning boat tour.
Loved the food for breakfast also, the omelette, pineapple juice, lemon tea, and coffee were superbbb!!!

Awesome stay!!! Nam and her family are beautiful and they work so hard in making sure your stay is memorable. Breakfast is cooked fresh everyday, the pool is beautiful, the grounds immaculate and Nam gives the best advice on the attractions in the area including how to get there. Bikes and moto available for rent, everything is immaculate and clean. Do yourself a favour and stay a few nights! Thank you Nam and family, I will be back!

Name’s Friendly Homestay was definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed at. Service was amazing - The staff made sure we were looked after, breakfast was cooked daily, and overall positively impacted the stay. Would definitely recommend!!

Such a friendly and nice atmosphere, few minutes walk from the amazing Tamcoc boats and get enough not to hear the karaoke and bars music. Very friendly host, super helpful in making your day plan, but as well in helping you arrange things. Thank you for being a great host.

Nam's homestay is one of the best places I stayed in, I felt incredibly well taken care off. Everything was perfect, from location to spotless room to delicious breakfast. Nam and her family help you with everything you need, advise you on tours around, even arrange transport to places if you need, all the while with smile and care. Wonderful people, wonderful homestay:)

The host is super friendly, honest and helpful. She speaks English. Breakfast is excellent with coffee, juice, a main meal and fruits. The pool is relaxing and the entire atmosphere oozes a rustic charm.

Nãm is really lovely and helped us organise our stay in Tam Coc, and the bus to Hue.

The place is just amazing, right by the lake and with a peaceful swimming pool to relax after a hot day of sightseeing.

Love the helpful owner; she’s an absolute gem. The homestay is right next to the Tam Coc boat launch, so it’s conveniently located next to all the restaurants too. Fantastic spot, I’ll definitely be back.

What an amazing place! We had the absolute best time staying at TamCoc Friendly Homestay. The owner (and her family) are all so welcoming and always smiling. She always made sure we had everything we needed, giving us the best advice on what to visit and when, helping us call a taxi when needed and lending us umbrellas. You can also rent bikes. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are very clean, and it is located right next to the TamCoc boat departure and many restaurants!

Would recommend and would love to come back! Thank you for everything!

Nam’s TamCoc Friendly is one of the most incredible Homestay’s we’ve had the pleasure of reserving. Our bus was nearly three hours early and we had arrived there at 4:30am. To our immense delight, Nam let us sleep in her little shack out the front and use her facilities before properly checking us in later in the morning. She kindly made us a delicious mango smoothie while we waited for our room to be ready. Her and her family treated us with the utmost respect, giving us the best recommendations and deals and delivering us with the yummiest home cooked meals. The rooms are fantastic and large with exceptional air-con which is a must in Ninh Binh’s summer! She has bicycles and scooters for rent and the location is in one of the best strips of Ninh Binh; super family oriented and quiet. She even booked us a luxury bus for our next destination and gave us a little take home package of fruit and water at no expense. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality, Nam! ❤

Lovely home stay, the owners are infectiously joyous and enthusiastic. It was a pleasure to interact with them and they went out of their way to make our stay great (serving us breakfast outside of their usual hours as we were leaving very early).

The double room was cute and homey, with strong AC. Very clean and well maintained. We rented motorbikes from them for a fair price as well.

Really enjoyed our stay here.

The rooms were clean and air-conditioned. Toilets were also spacious. Free WiFi too.

Service was amazing.

On the first day, the host served us a refreshing welcome drink and then gave us a map with the tourist attractions nearby. She also recommended the activities we could do based on how long we were staying there. She so helped to book a taxi for us to the various locations. (Same driver throughout each location)

We also rented a bicycle on our second day to get around town.

The host also kindly allowed us to stay at the reception area while waiting for our midnight train. She provided water and a banana for us to take on our train trip.

A really cozy homestay with a very friendly family running it. The location is very peaceful, the ambient of the homestay is beautiful (the vegetation, the lights and the pool). You can rent bikes or motorbikes and have easy access to the main attractions in the city. The breakfast was the best we've had so far (a delicious omlette, fresh fruit juice of your own choice, coffee and fruit). The homeowner is very caring and packed us water and fruits for our journey ahead. Just missed a window in the room (there was one in the bathroom though).

My stay here will soon come to an end. Nam and her beautiful family are so caring & polite. Fully living up to "friendly homestay". A nice selective breakfast every morning to start my day early. I had one swim after a reasonable warm day within their inviting pool. Nam always asked did I have a good sleep ? And I did every night without problems. If you want a quiet place and a very friendly happy family making sure you are comfortable and happy, I can highly recommend here.

The best accomodation during my stay in vietnam. Super lovely host, very close to all attractions. They do their best to help you and make you happy. I highly recommend.

The only downside would be very hard bed. But I'm aware that it's Asian standard.

We loved our stay with Tam and family. The family bungalow was a good size. I enjoyed hanging out on the patio in the morning. We spent time in the pool. Breakfast was yummy, Tam was able to rent us some scooters and bikes to get around and made some great suggestions for places to visit. She also gave my husband the best running route! Thanks!!

We 4 friends stayed in Friendly home stay for one night, overwhelmed with the hospitality provided by Ms Nam Nam. she helped us to get scooters for the local visit and came with us till the boarding station even in rain and help us to board our buses to Cat ba..

Room are very nice and spacious, food was delicious. I had the best fried noodles in Vietnam in this place
