Tam Coc Condeluz Boutique hotel

Nice little hotel in a great location. It is across the road from the boats for the Tam Coc tour and near lots of nice restaurants and bars. The owner was lovely and super helpful. He let me check in early, was exceptionally accommodating and organised for me to hire a scooter at a good rate. The room was basic but clean and nice with a good bed. I would recommend staying here

We loved our stay here, so affordable and great location and the staff were amazing and accommodating! Shout out to Tony who helped us so much and was so lovely and polite :) thanks guys.

You need to book early if you want to stay here. Perfect service with helpful staff. The only thing you need to do is let them know your vacation plans, everything will be arranged

Good family-run business. Rooms are good, though bathroom a bit dated. Water pressure on the 3rd floor was terrible. Also there is no lift, so stairs are the order of the day unless you're on the first floor.

Excellent service by the receptionist Mr Tonny Queh. He went to a great extent to help with our enquiries and assist with his best ability. The location of this hotel is good, surrounded with mini marts, pubs and restaurants. Room are clean, spacious and equipped with amenities. There is no elevator in this hotel.

Just a few meters away from the tam coc boat cruise. Plenty of eateries and bars around. The owner is a great guy. He's super friendly and he's always trying to make you feel welcome and help out. We also rented a scooter from him at a good price. I highly recommend it for people looking for a base to explore the area.

The resort is ~100m from the Tam Coc town center, close enough to walk,
but just outside the bustle of day tripper crowds.
This is probably the only full facility hotel so near the town center.
Breakfast spread is decent, restaurant is clean and pretty good food. Rooms are excellent.
However, its the staff that sets this hotel apart; professional, friendly and fantastic sense of hospitality.
Keeping breakfast because we were getting late cycling beyond breakfast hours,
answering every question with a smile - staff has to be rated 10/10.

I arrived at the hotel at 9pm and was warmly welcomed by luu.
He and his staff are so friendly and only
wants their customers to have a relaxing time and an amazing experience.
The room had all facilities and the bed was comfortable.
You can take a boat tour at Tam Com 1 min from the hotel by foot and other
sightseeing spots are easily reachable by the free bicycle provided by the hotel.

Really nice and we had great conversations with them.
They are really honest and helpful! They charge for water only 10K VND.
The breakfast was good! The room was really big and the bed was comfy!
Note this is a little bit far from the sites, but very cheap to go anywhere with grab/motorcycle (we did both).
You can rent a bike from there in a very good and cheap price.

We used the following services provided by the hotel:
- picking up and dropping off
- motorbike rental for 2 days
We had a flat tire and they immediately came with another a replacing motorbike to letting our trip continue.
The room was larger than the average in the area.
The kindness and the honesty of this people will always remain with us.

Very good and welcoming receptionist !
Good tips to visit the area nearby and they booked for me the bus for my other destination.
I also rented a Bicycle at the hotel to visit the area so it was very convenient.
I also give them some of my clothes for cleaning : quick and good value for money.
The patio at the groung level is very comfortable.

Friendly staff was very helpful. Simple breakfast included in AM. Mostly nice, but maybe not as nice as the photos on the booking sites show.

We loved our stay at Tam Coc Condeluz boutique Hotel. Though we had rain part of the time, we were able to take an amazing Vietnamese cooking class at the hotel. The staff coordinated tours of the national park for us . Free bicycles making visiting local areas on your own quite easy. The food, bar and staff were wonderful.

Very good hotel for a very good price, quiet but close to the centre. The staff is super friendly and will do anything to make you have a good time.

Room was very nice, clean and had a great view. For breakfast buffet there are many options to choose from.
All the staff is super kind and helpful, we loved our stay in this lovely hotel.!
