Mai Place Homestay

We enjoyed staying at this homestay with a friendly family. The rooms were clean and spacious, and they served a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend for a warm and welcoming experience!

Really friendly and helpful family! The room was comfortable with great value for money. It is possible to rent bicycles and motorbikes in good condition for a good price. The family speaks barely english but with the help of a translator they will do everything to help you!

Mai’s place is welcoming, cozy, and in a perfect location. Delicious breakfast with tea or coffee is served every morning. They have bikes available for cheap rent and a really cute house dog. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Place was amazing, staff were exactly what you'd expect from a good homestay.
Greentea provided as much as you want, breakfast was simple yet great.
Facilities on site include pool table, wc's were great and you're a few minute walk from the high street.
Most importantly, when you ask for nonsugar in your coffee, they do it.
Would definetly recommend if you're going to be in the Ninhbin area.

We had such a lovely stay here with this gorgeous family. The grandmother (pictured) owns 3 home stays in a row that are now run by her sons and their families. The room was clean, comfortable and they have a pool and pool table on site. Everyone we met made us feel very welcome and I’d 💯 recommend!

We've spent here 4 night and it was soo lovely. All the family is very friendly and helpfull. They showen us a map with atractions and took on scooters to our bus to Sapa. We also bought tickets for sleeping bus from them. 3 minute away there is best restaurant Thao Beo.😍 lovely family

Everything is perfect! The family is very kind and welcoming! They make you feel like home! We stayed 4.nights! Perfect location, the room is great! Breakfast with lots of choice and really good! If you want to stay in a real holestay this is definitely the place! Thank you for everything !!!!

I spent 2 nights here and it was the best homestay I have ever stayed in Vietnam. The room was super clean and covered all needs.
Interestingly, math class is going on for dozens of young vietnames students on the third floor. The lady of the house who is also teacher, told me that I am welcome to join the class. (I did not join though)
The second daughter (Mai) is so smart, speaks English fluently and great tour guide. The whole family is soooo lovely and supportive.
If you want to experience a culture more deeply, I defnietly recommend this place.

One of the best places i have ever been in. Maybe the best! Run by a lovely local family, the constatazione is beautiful and clean and has a perfect position in Tam Coc. The hosts are really nice, friendly and helpful.

Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Familie. Sie können nicht viel Englisch, aber die Kommunikation funktioniert einwandfrei über Google Translate. Uns wurden auch viele gute Tipps für unsere Zeit dort gegeben und man konnte Fahrräder ausleihen und Wäsche waschen lassen. Das Frühstück war gut. Wir haben auch unsere Weiterfahrt über den Homestay gebucht, was auch super funktioniert hat.

Super emplacement , des personnes d’une gentillesse inimaginable ! Tellement accueillantes et qui répondent à nos besoins en cherchant la meilleure solution. Merci encore vous êtes adorables !
Petit déjeuner au top ! Rapport/qualité prix plus que correct !
Le lieux sera encore mieux lorsque les travaux seront fini , bon courage !

Mình vừa có chuyến đi 2N1D tại đây. Phòng đầy đủ tủ lạnh, bình nóng lạnh, điều hoà 2 chiều. Chỉ thiếu tivi. Nhưng không ảnh hưởng gì vì mình chủ yếu cần nơi để nghỉ ngơi. Nếu bạn không có yêu cầu cao về chỗ nghỉ như phải có bể bơi, cảnh chill này nọ mà chỉ cần chỗ để ngủ nghỉ sau chuyến thăm quan thì bạn nên đến đây. Chị chủ nhà cực kỳ nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Buổi sáng thường phục vụ bữa sáng lúc 7h30 nhưng do mình cần đi sớm hơn, nên chị chủ đã bố trí bữa sáng cho cả nhà mình lúc 6h30. Ngày hôm sau do mình đi về muộn buổi trưa nên chị chủ đã dời lịch check-out phòng đến tận 15h cho mình để cả gia đình có thời gian nghỉ ngơi sau khi đi chơi về trước khi lên đường về nhà, mà không thu thêm phụ phí nào cả. Giá cả bình dân, nếu bạn cần một địa điểm ngon, bổ, rẻ thì đây là một trong những lựa chọn.
