Chez Hiep Tam Coc Homestay

Hey travelers. Chez hiep in Tam Coc is the gem. We had the most incredible time here. The family is really amazing, their hospitality is more than a 5 start luxury hotel. We have a check in time for 2pm and we arrived really early in the morning, they let us stay in one of their rooms before our room was ready. That was really considerate of them and we really appreciated it. The place is 2 minutes walking distance from the main road. The room was really spacious and clean. The place has pool. They offer bicycles and rent scooters. The home stay has beehives, a chicken coop, and a small lake with fishes. It is a wonderful, quiet, peaceful and beautiful place. I can’t stop thinking about it. Thank you so much, you made our stay here amazing.

Great location, lovely big clean rooms. Breakfast was nice. You can use bicycles for free or rent scooters. The family running this home stay were so so lovely and kind. They were always so helpful. We had a sleeper train that night after we checked out out at 12pm and they let us shower and even invited us to join their family for dinner while we waited for our transfer. I would definitely 100% recommend this home stay and would definitely stay here again!

I can’t recommend this place enough! The family is soooo sweet! When we arrived really early from the overnight bus they welcomed us and offered us tea and muffins. Then the also gave us a spare room to relax in before our room was ready. Such a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay here at Chez Hiep. Huong and her husband were so welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay spectacular!

Our stay at Chez Hiep was perfect. We loved the place, quiet, clean and peaceful. The rooms are pretty, spacious and comfortable. The service was impeccable, with warm hosts available to answer our questions. We rented motorbikes directly from the hotel and the staff helped us book a night bus to our next destination very efficiently.

Mostly French speaking guests but they manage with English using google translate if you need
Food here is better than most places. The ingredients are fresh and varied. The meat is not fatty— chosen for western tastes. Lovely fruit for dessert and fresh-pressed juice for breakfast is something they don’t give you every place.
Rooms clean and comfy. Bed a bit on the hard side but not as hard as the usual Viet beds. Pool is lovely. View lovely. Situation is not too close to roosters or town. This is a HUGE bonus for sleeping.
Owners also run a restaurant in town ( Thai bamboo)
Shower hot and good pressure.
Be sure to clarify you would like maid service. We think our guide messed this communication up, not the hosts.

Back to this homestay the second time and everything even better. I cannot find any home that can be compared. The room is big and super clean, the pool is clean, lying there whole day seeing the tree and sky. Breakfast is much and super yummy, there will be 1 to 2 vietnamese dishes, egg and bread everyday, sweet cupcake, fruit, fruit juice and tea, coffee, i wish i can eat all but my belly not so big :)))) we bring our dog like last time and she enjoy the trip too. 1 highlight of this homestsay is the green nature, whole place is like a garden with many flower and tree.
The whole family is nice, even the kids, have so much fun playing with them.

Here is a super good homestay I have ever been! Mr and Mrs Hiep are very kind, genuine and helpful. The room is spacious with soft beds and strong hot shower!! You may need around 10 mins walk from the lake, but it’s totally worth it. It’s in a quite and safe neighbourhood. The local residents around are nice too! I’ll definitely come back again!

Stayed for 4 nights - the couple running the homestay is absolutely lovely!

They truly care for their guests and go the extra mile to make sure that their needs are taken care of.

Throughout my travels, this accomodation really stands out for their customer service!

Clean rooms, good water pressure for shower, and a decent size room with 2 queen beds for a family of 4.
Very delicious home cooked dinner.
There's a swimming pool so remember to bring your swimming costumes!

Perfect place to stay! The house and bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable, the food is very good and Hiep and his family are the kindest!

Hiep and his wife Huong are sweet people . We always get warm welcome , good service and good food from their homestay . Nice view of rice field from the house.

L'endroit est très calme.
La chambre est grande et la salle de bain aussi.
Tout est propre !
Mais ce qui fait surtout le + de cette guesthouse est l'immense gentillesse des patrons !
Je vous recommande de manger au moins 1 fois ici.
Pour ma part, j'ai découvert une soupe délicieuse avec des galettes de riz soufflés que je n'avais jamais goûté ailleurs !
Le canard rôti était parfait, comme tout le reste
Je garde l'adresse car j'aimerai beaucoup y revenir lors de mes prochains voyages.
