Mr Viet homestay

I had thought that it’s normal in the first time. But it turned out that it was amazing and wonderful about the host’s enthusiasm and the room’s high quality. I recommend that you should stay in Mr Viet homestay once in your life. With the cheap price compared to other homestay, you will never regret.

We had a beautiful stay at the mr viet homestay! The service was extraordinary, very friendly and with the heart on the right place. I would recommend this homestay for sure. The shower was very big and the room had air condition. You get free breakfast in the morning. I would recommend the ginger honey tea it was delicious. :)

We recommend it 100%! The family who owns the business is so friendly and nice! Our room was spotless clean, there's a big bathroom and it's quiet. The breakfast is delicious (many options to choose from, we love the omelette with tomatoes and bread & the pineapple pancake) you can choose 1 option and also have 1 drink and a plate of fruit - great portion! They rent scooter and also do laundry. It's 2 min from the main road with loads of restaurants and shops. It can't be any better :)

In my opinion, that one of best homestay in Ninh Binh and in the northern of Vietnam. We are truly happy and sastified to stay, enjoy staying with staffs like a family, home away from home. Special thanks to Mr Viet and Huyền homestay owner for warm welcome and caring us. We will miss you. Additionally, food,drink really worth to try. Perfect stay. No complaint.

We arrived at 5am to the hotel because we had the night bus. We didn't have a booking and Mr Viet accepted us 😁 We did the checkin early and stayed this few hours to rest and one more night.
We had a big room with breakfast included.

They help you in everything you need, such as bicycle, bus, etc., but without pushing you to buy things from them.

So happy I came here.
The staff is super friendly and willing to help with everything they can.
You can rent bikes via them, hand in your laundry, arranging a rider for the day to go to Hua lu and Bai Dinh.
On top of that, I had really nice banana and pineapple pancakes here!
Totally would recommend!

Cozy homestay very close to the main attractions in Tam Coc. It has a very good price.
They gave us the opportunity to rent some bikes there and explained us a lot of thinks about the places around.
Breakfast was very tasty, we tried omelette and banana pancakes. They also offered us coffee, fruit and tea.
The bedroom was very clean and comfortable (with A/C and fan in the room).

The whole family are just awesome and so kind. The room is basic, very clean, with the view to pretty garden.
It’s really close to many restaurants and cafe. And they are in a smaller alley so after 9pm, it’s really quiet.
Many options for breakfast, coffee and tea.

Lovely place where everybody is helpful and you got all you need - clean shower and bed, yummy breakfast, and most importantly friendly staff. Huyen gave us a really good tips on where to go and they are renting bikes/motorbikes for a good price. If cost to value is what you are looking for - go for it

The homestay owner is super cute, the location is central so it's easy to go to other places

really great place. comfy beds and clean rooms. Extremely helpful and polite staff. They even offered us a free lift to our bus station when we checked out.

A bit too close to a side road but service makes up for that.

Có dịp đến Ninh Bình vào trước tết, book được homestay của 2 anh rất ưng ý. Giá phòng rẻ, gần các khu dịch vụ, điểm du lịch, ăn sáng, tráng miệng free. 2 anh chủ rất nhiệt tình.

Không gian home rất đẹp. Anh chị chủ nhiệt tình đặc biệt cà phê anh chủ pha rất ngon, giá cả hợp lý, mn đi ninh bình nên chọn mr. Viet giá cả hợp lý đồ ăn ngon

Extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leckeres Frühstück, Fahrrad mieten und Wäschewaschen möglich. Gemütlicher Ort leicht außerhalb, dadurch in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Am Tag etwas Lärm von huppenden Mofas

mới đầu khum kì vọng lắm vì giá phòng siu yêu thương nhưng lúc đến quá bất ngờ vì view rất xinh( ở ngoài xinh hơn mấy bạn đăng trên tik tok nhìu) phòng cực kì sạch sẽ trong phòng đầy đủ hết từ máy sấy tóc dầu gội sữ tắm anh chủ rất nhiệt tình khum có điểm gì để chê 10/10 (với giá phòng như này thì anh chủ chắc cho thuê vì đam mê ạ😍) nếu lần sau quay lại NB chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây😘

Je wordt hier geweldig vriendelijk ontvangen. Je krijgt thee en een uitleg met een plannetje van wat allemaal te bekijken is in de onmiddellijke en de ruimere omgeving. Je kan fietsen huren voor 2 $ per dag, ze zorgen voor een auto met chauffeur voor 50 $ voor een ganse dag, ze boeken de bus naar je volgende bestemming ... Als je terugkomt van een uitstap vragen ze hoe het geweest is en krijg je weer thee. Er is wasservice, ze dragen je bagage naar de bus als je vertrekt. De kamer was goed: warme douche, airco, breed bed en uitgevend op een leuke tuin. Het ontbijt is inbegrepen een keuze tussen alle soorten eieren met baguette of pannenkoeken met veel soorten fruit met koffie of thee en extra bananen of ananas. Ook als je koffie vraagt krijg je achteraf nog thee. De homestay ligt 100 m in een zijstraat van de centrale straat in Tam Coc.
