Linh was the most welcoming and sweet host I’ve ever encountered. She made you feel so happy. Rooms were very clean and spacious. She cooked a delicious breakfast for us and gave us a lot of recommendations. Would definitely recommend this homestay and come back!

The owner Linh is absolutely amazing. She is so happy and helps in any way possible. The room was spotless and our dinner was delicious. The tour that she set up to was also great. She made our stay in Tam Coc wonderful.

Amazing homestay in Tam Coc where Linh is the best and most caring host you can imagine. She will do everything to make your stay unforgettable and has helped us a lot with great advice. I most highly recommend doing the early morning boat tour with her sister, with no other people and a very scenic and beautiful environment. The homestay is absolutely lovely and there is nothing left to desire. Highly recommended!

Linh is a fantastic host, full of warmth and energy. She does everything to make the stay perfect. Really special were the morning boat tour away from the tourist routes, her tips for trips on scooters or bikes, eating at her place and even organizing a very good massage at a really good price! I would come here again when in Tam Coc.

Linh is the best host ever and the most kind person I did meet in Vietnam! Her Homestay and garden are amazing, the food she cooks is delicious and the atmosphere at the house is enchanting! Such a great experience here, thanks Linh for all your help! I really recommend the boat trip at the river early in the morning, beautiful because very quiet and not crowded at all!!

Wonderful homestay right in the center of Tam Coc and just next to the bus station! We arrive by the night bus from Ha Giang and we had already our room ready for an early check in so we can rest a little bit!
We stayed 3 nights and had diner here every night as Linh is a really good cook! She even taugh us how to make nems on the last night! We also booked with her an early boat trip at 7am and we were only two of us per boat and with no other tourist in a secret spot it was wonderful!! Linh also propose cheap bike and bicycle for rent and will arrange you some massage if needed!! Perfect!

Linh is genuinely the kindest person I have ever met. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are looked after.

She will suggest daily activities, which were all great. Sunrise boat tour was a lovely peaceful experience! She can also organise bicycles and scooters.

She will cook for you. I was sick when I arrived and she made a real effort to prepare plain food for me and check I was okay.

She will help book your onwards transport and even walked me to the bus in the early morning to make sure I got on the right one.

The location is great. Close enough to the Main Street but still sheltered from the noise. Rooms are large, clean and new.

Lovely, quite new homestay, Linh the owner is amazing! Helps you out with everything. Big room with AC and hot shower. And she also cooks great lokal food! I even got invited to dine with her family one evening🤍
But the best is probably the sights and the surroundings here! The boat tour from this homestay was next level from the main ones you can book, higly recomend if you want to avoid the crowds and experience the same surroundings for the same price.

I would give this homestay more stars if I could because Linh is the most wonderful host. The rooms are spacious and clean. I stayed for two nights and she took me out each day on a bike to explore the local area, sights and activities and joined me at each to show me around. My highlight was the boat ride which she booked early morning so I was the only person on the water - it was such a highlight. The food was great, she brought me cold coconuts after I got back on my bike. The homestay is also a short walk to shops and restaurants so easy to explore and find places.

Linh is one of the best host I've ever met. She cooked us a delicious dinner, she organized a great and relaxing boat tour (a lot better than the traditional crowded boat tour in the city), she helped us to book our train tickets, and a lot more.
Linh will do anything she can for you to enjoy your stay. She is also renting bikes and scooters.

The perfect place in Tam Coc! Linh, the host is such nice warm person. In addition, she is a real local, who knows the most beautiful places in and around Tam Coc. If you don’t want to follow the tourist and see the most beautiful places I would recommend you to stay at this home stay and Linh will make your time here unforgettable!

Lotus Flower Homestay is a great place to stay.
Rooms are large and spotlessly clean and there's a lovely garden to relax in.
Lots of local information available, bikes for hire & transport bookings.
Beautiful home cooked meals are available at a very reasonable cost.
Linh is a delightful host who enjoys what she does & is happy to help in any way she can.

The owner was just THE MOST welcoming I ever experienced in south east Asia. She was so nice and warm like a mother for us. We felt very comfortable and she took care of anything we needed! We rented a bike from her, ate her food which was delicious and booked the bus to Hoi An. She came with us to the bus station. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Tam Coc! She is absolutely the best.
There was also hot shower and beautiful garden! Only 3 minutes walk to main road.

The shower was great, and the hot water lasted for awhile (vs the 2min hot showers we were used to elsewhere)! There was even good quality shampoo and conditioner for us to use. And thoughtful details like wet wipes, a kettle, books, etc. Room was very clean, and the location was very convenient. Great homestay option.
