Tam Coc Tropical Homestay

The family which runs this homestay is very friendly, hard working and extremely helpful. They took care of the laundry, we rented a scooter from them (120k/day), and they made excellent breakfast with eggs, fruits and veggies and a fresh pressed juice. The room was very clean and the premises well maintained, and was in general very pretty with the pool and the bungalows. Also - since it is in a very good location, but not directly on the Main Street, you get a calm nights sleep :)

An amazing place with excellent amenities. The room was really clean and they brighten in fresh towels each day. The breakfast was so fresh and each morning was different. The owner was extremely helpful - organising bikes for us. The pool was super cool and just out the front of our room.

We had a lovely two night stay as a family of 4, wished we had stayed another night or two. Centrally located, easy to get around. The breakfasts were simple, but delicious so even my fussy little eaters polished them off. Showers/toilet set up was a bit strange with the floor getting quite slippery, but everything else was perfect. Thank you!

Nicest family, amazing pool (not too cold), beautiful place! All at a fair price.
For breakfast we had pancakes with chocolate syrup, a plate of tropical fruits, coffee and passion fruit juice.
Private shower was a bit uncomfortable, in the same big room with the toilet with no seperation. Still, Best place we stayed at in Vietnam so far!!

Booked on a whim with minimal research but turned out to be a great option. Room was clean and comfortable, service was great, organised tours, bike hire, taxi. Location was super handy, just off the main street so nice and quiet, but only a couple of minutes walk to restaurants and bars.

We had our laundry done via the homestay and our clothes did not suffer any colour loss!
They have a decent size swimming pool.
The rooms and bathrooms were clean.
All in all, we'd recommend this accommodation choice.

Our family had a really lovely stay (2 nights) at this property. The owner is such a kind person, he took care of everything for us (bikes, laundry, day trip with a driver, taxi to train station) and always did it with a very big smile. The place was in a great location, clean and well looked after, the pool was lovely, all in all it was great for us !

Great central yet private homestay. My room was clean and had all the essentials. The stand out for this homestay is the family who run it. They are incredible kind and welcoming. They looked after me when I wasn't feeling well and ensured I got to my tour and bus on time. The breakfast was delicious 😋. Highly recommend 👌

The host was very kind with us and helped us to choose the correct activities. The rooms were cleaned and big. You can rent motorbikes or bicycles in the reception and do the laundry

Excellent place in the city center, quiet, calm and very tidy.

There is a lovely pool and a magical atmosphere and the owner is welcoming and helpful with everything you need.

If I go back to tam coc this is absolutely the place!

Very good place to stay. Close to the main street but still very quiet. Easy to rent a scooter for a good price. Laundry was quick but we lost some pieces, after asking we got them back. Owner ( and his mum) are very friendly!

The owners are very friendly and caring. They can help you with the transport and getting around town. You can rent bikes and motorbikes here, eat breakfast in the morning and the showers have hot water. Rooms are nice and clean. I highly recommend this place to stay when in Tam Coc.

Mr. The and his family went out of their way to welcome us in their place. From the moment we arrived he took such good care of us and helped us organize our itinerary and made sure we got in and out seamlessly. The breakfast was simple but great, with an egg banh mi, coffee, and lots of cut fruit.

The home stay is simple, but clean and comfortable. Great value overall. We have lived in Vietnam 3 years and traveled a lot. This is one place that more than lived up to it's high rating!

The best homestay we have stayed in so far in Vietnam. The host was so informative and told us all about places to visit while we were there. All the staff were so happy and friendly, really make you feel at home.

We rented bicycles for the 2 days, and went exploring around, what beautiful scenery the area has, so much to see. We were given a map showing some of the highlights of the area to visit, and there is information and pictures on the wall at the reception area. The breakfast was great and we had it every morning with fresh juice and coffee to set us up for the day. Had we had more time in our schedule we would have stayed another day or two.

The host helped us book a taxi when we had to leave and even gave us water for our next journey
We will definately be back when we are in the area again.

Amazing homestay - the owner is super kind. The rooms are clean, there was an AC unit + a fan in our room.
Breakfast was included, it was simple and tasty.

This is the best place we have stayed in Vietnam. Owner was super helpful, arranged taxi and tours, place was great, and breakfast was awesome! Love the pool and easy walking distance to lots of food and things to do.
