Tam Coc Family Hotel

Beautiful and warm family. Everything is great and meaningful. Mom is so sweet person who welcomes us so warmly. The location of hotel is in the heart of Tam Coc so it is really easy to travel to another places. The offer of booking tours is multiple choices with comfortable bus and affordable price. We love our stay that we always want to comeback here,💖😍

A wonderful place to stay for a few days. The homestay is located in a quiet side street, so you don't hear much of the traffic noise from the main road. The rooms are very clean and everything is well maintained. Mama, the owner of the homestay, is such a wonderful person. She takes care of everything and makes an excellent breakfast. It's no problem at all to get anything, be it a bike or a scooter. A very special tip at the end. The family also runs a restaurant on the outskirts of the city. The food there is really excellent and they look after you as if you were part of the family. It's a shame that there are only 5 stars here, I would like to give it 10 stars.

This is our third time to the country and we have stayed here every time:) This time we essentially came to reexperience the love and kindness that this family gives to their guests. We we welcomed with open hugs at 5 am after the sleeper bus. Need I say more ?

Great place to stay, would definitely recommend. The owners are really friendly and welcoming, beds are comfy and the rooms have all you need. They also helped us with renting motorbikes which was really smooth, and the bus back to Hanoi.

Super beautiful hotel 😍
We love our stay in this lovely hotel. Mom and dad are so warm people who took care us so well that made us feel like home. Room is super clean with large and clean balcony. Breakfast is so good and fruit juice is really fresh. We rented bicycle and motorbike here which are new and high-qualitied. I recommend everyone booked the tours by mom with the VIP bus that is much better than normal bus in another places in town.

We rented some motor bikes, bicycles, had a very good breakfast fresh from the market and really enjoyed our time there. Mama also booked the bus to Hoi An for us and negotiated some discount. The map with all the sightseeing things is very helpful! And she also offered us the bathroom in the afternoon so we can freshly showered take the bus to Hoi An. She really take care of her guests!!! Thanks a lot!

Tam coc family hotel is so good we came back a second time and we couldn’t be happier, the hotel is run by the nicest family that go out of there way to help you with anything and are all round amazing hosts.

Rooms were nice, WiFi was strong and the breakfasts were amazing.

They also have a fantastic restaurant not to far away called Tam coc kitchen that is definitely worth a visit.

The location itself is away from the main road and the beds are very comfortable so makes it a peaceful night's sleep.
The owner is very kind with a heart of gold. We came for two nights and stayed for three.

We had a fabulous stay for 3 nights here! The family who owns it will make you feel right at home and get you everything you need. Mama is one of the sweetest ladies you will ever meet!! The rooms were clean, had AC and a fan, a mini fridge, hot water and great water pressure. There are bikes to rent for 50k dong a day and they can also book motorbikes or drivers for you. The location is perfect off the main road so it’s very quiet but right in the Center surrounded by tons of great restaurants and different activities in the area are close by. Breakfast was good with plenty of different options. Great value for everything you get! We will definitely be staying here next time we’re in Ninh Binh.

Mama is the best human I’ve met. (other than my own grandma, rip) she let us check in early after arriving on a long bus overnight. She was informative and helpful and overall a lovely human to be around. This place rips. 5 stars

If you wanna stay in Tam Coc, this hotel is definitely amazing choice! For a good price, you get a very beautiful, clean and well equipped room. Mattresses are soft and very comfortable, so your sleep will be great. All family, who runs it is very friendly and they are taking good care of you. Also, you can rent a bicycle or motorbike here. We stayed here for two nights and we were very happy 🙂

Lovely home with friendly Vietnamese people who always smile and treat us số kindly. The room is clean with the beautiful view💯🥰

We found this gem last min (another close by hotel wanted to scam us). The owners are super lovely. Though they basically speak only Vietnamese we manage well and got the best service

* transport to ha long (in limousine at 8:30) for the same price as other offices on the main street want to charge for a regular bus at 7am

Go for it.

The room is simple though. Bit weird lights, only one night stand, the shower has no curtain (needs to be careful not to flood the floor with water while showering), maybe another towel hanger.. But hey 20 euro a night... Enjoy the simplicity

Very warm and homely place. The host Mama was very hospitable and inviting. When she heard we were sick she made us ginger tea and we enjoyed a lovely evening chatting with her. She specially woke up at 5am and prepared breakfast for us as we had to leave early for our flight. Had a memorable experience and would highly recommend!

Wonderful hosts and great value for money.
Mama and Papa are lovely people who really looked after us. Breakfast was delicious; lots of variety on the menu. I recommend the scrambled eggs and tomato dish. We spent a lovely evening together watching the world cup and drinking homemade rice wine. The room was very clean and had every facility you could want: fridge, hair dryer, kettle etc. It also had the quietest air conditioning I've ever used.

She treat us like part of her family, I’m not used to gave feedback, I highly recommend this place.

Tam Coc family Hotel is an experience everyone should have! If I could leave 10 stars I would.

Immediately after arriving I was greeted by Maxy the cutest 4 month old puppy and Mama immediately started taking pictures for me. Mama became another mother I never knew I needed and took my friends and I in as part of her family. She showed us where to visit, planned a whole day excursion, booked easy riders for us to get to all the locations and was probably the best part of visiting Tam Coc. She cooked us breakfast and always had tea, a snack or water whenever we were coming and going. Papa made sure all the bicycles were working for us and adjusted them to our height. I truly hated leaving but I know I will be back soon!

Absolutely loved it! The family managing the hotel is so nice, they gave us great prices on everything, an amazing breakfast, allowed us to check in early for no additional fee. They even provided us with a send off package with water, bananas and biscuits on the last day, while we were waiting for the early morning bus to Hanoi. Room was big, with balcony, Wi-Fi was strong. All you need was there. Absolutely recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed in Tamcoc Family Hotel and the owner was very hospitable, nice and very kind. This place feels like home away from home. The room was great, bed was so comfortable, they have mini fridge in the room, amenities, etc., the location was good too, coz it has a lot of nearby restaurants. And if you're planning to explore the famous attractions in Ninh Binh, they also have bicycle, motorcycles for rent. And if you want to have motorcycles with driver, they do have it as well. I highly recommend this place. Booked your holiday stay with Tamcoc Family Hotel and you will experience first class service. To Tamcoc Family, thank you for being amazing.
