Sushi Hokkaido Sachi Restaurant

The food is fresh and very nice. Price is decent compared to other japanese restaurants in Vietnam.
Meal for two cost around $120 AUD. I ordered quite few dishes though.

It is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants with fresh and well decorated sashimi, tasty salad and sushi, attentive staff.

Excellent sushi and seafood here. I believe it is the same price as Japan for the quality and quantity. Was a 15 mins wait at 7pm on a saturday. Overall spent around 1.8M vnd on uni, ikura, crab, chuutoro, large scallops, two large american style makimono, and two slices of roll cake dessert. Also got two sweet drinks. Overall good service, good food, fancy decor, very busy. 5/5

My wife and I go to Hokkaido Sushi at Cresent Mall in D7 every week, but since we were at Saigon Centre, it seemed like a good idea to stop by and get some good food.

A word of warning, this location is busy enough that they do run out of various menu items throughout the day. It really just depends. Also, there might be a wait depending on the time. Reservations are available.

For example, today I wanted the king salmon sashimi. Kong salmon was sold out, but they had regular salmon sashimi. Regular salmon is a more fatty fish, but I don't really care. Salmon is salmon and both their fish and the cuts are amazing. Good quality Japanese food.

Also, I'm obsessed with their avocado salad. I've tried to duplicate the dressing at home and haven't quite got it yet. It's a sesame oil and vinegar mix. Really good. My wife always gets the salmon hand rolls. Sometimes I steal them. They're really good as well.

All in all it's a 5 star chain. But because of that they're busy. So, make a reservation or be ok with waiting a bit and you'll be happy you did.

Affordable and good quality food. Sashimi very fresh . Beef sukiyaki delicious . Not forgetting the foie gras sushi . Melts in the mouth.

Seafood was so delicious! Here I ate the biggest sea ​​urchin which I’ve ever seen.
But once they brought rolls with eel, where only the skin was from the eel.
And staff don’t speak English.

Great Japanese food! Restaurant situated on the top floor of the shopping centre. Fresh ingredients and good service. I cant complain, go check it out!

Always crowded. As good as the food in Japan. Reasonable price for what it had to offer. Red wine bottle was about $25 which tasted excellent. Wagu was about $12-$18 for the grill portion which was reasonable. Many locations in Ho Chi Minh city.

A nice Japanese restaurant in Saigon Centre.

It’s located on the 5th floor of the mall. It’s next to my favorite Japanese restaurant about meat. I wet to this restaurant on the fourth day of Tet Holiday so it’s quite crowed. However, the staff still handling well and get the table ASAP for me.

The staff taking our order is so friendly. She suggest us a lot of best dishes of the restaurants and take the order really quick. On the previous time I went, the staff taking our order was little bit slow cause she didn’t remember all of the dishes’s name. We went 5 people so it’s quite a big order, but the staff still manage everything well.

Food was served quickly although the restaurant was crowed. The rolls were the fastest and delicious. Highly recommend the scallop roll, we always call that dish every time.

This restaurant also know for the fresh seafood. The decoration of the food is also delicate and special.

The price was little bit expensive but it’s worthy. I won’t go to other Japanese restaurants since I know Shushi Honkaido Sachi.

I already ate at many branches of Sushi Hokkaido Sachi, including Saigon Centre, Pasteur Distict 1, Estella District 2, Nguyễn Đình Chiểu District 3. But I enjoy eating at Saigon Centre the most. Although not having private room like other branches, this branch has unique wavery design. All food and drinks are pleasant to eat.

Wow! Like being in japan but actually being in the middle of a vietnamese mall. Food so fresh and delicious. Atmosphere amazing!!!

The sashimi are very fresh, great to be able to get this level of freshness in HCMC. The tempura is good and the rolled sushi. Although the tempura sauces could do with a bit more bonito.

Sushi Hokkaido is probably the best in Saigon, we’ve been to a couple locations and they’ve never disappointed. Great food and great service.

Worth it. Every dish is good quality.
This branch is always crowded. Better to reserve.

Sushi Hokkaido sachi is a Japanese chain of restaurants in Vietnam. We dined at Saigon center during non peak hour therefore managed to get a table easily though it was at the counter. The menu was a good and varied selections. Apparently their ingredients are imported daily directly from Japan. Everything that we tried from the menu were really fresh and good. In spite of them being extremely busy, service was still good.
