Holiday Diamond Hotel

Wow! Such a gem in Vietnam. The staff was extremely nice, some of the best customer service I've had my whole vacation. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. The room was super clean and beautiful. The bed was also the best I've been in, soft with a large blanket that actually fit the bed. The only negative was the dogs barking incessantly next door, I think it's a sort of dog motel. Hopefully they can figure out how to fix that. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place!

The staff were incredibly helpful, sincere, and attentive from the outset, always asking after you and happy to provide any advice or information you might need. The room was splendid; very clean bathroom with complimentary toiletries, large and comfortable double bed, good views across the city, and a mini bar with complimentary tea, coffee and water. Some friends I met while travelling recommended this place, and I happily do the same for others.

I enjoyed my three nights stay here. The rooms were clean and spacious, and on top of that they had one of the best WIFI I experienced in Vietnam. The location was perfect since its walking distance to a ton of restaurants and to the Imperial City. The staff were very hospitable and gave me great recommendations on restaurants and tourist sights. The free breakfast is a added bonus.

I stayed 2 nights here with my wife and since our arrival we felt welcomed, super polite and friendly staff, we got refreshing watermelon juice and some fruit. Our room was super clean and big enough for 2 people. The breakfast was good and enough for us, again really friendly staff asking if everything was ok or if we needed/wanted something. I would definitely recommend this hotel, reasonable price for a high quality service!

Stay here! Best hotel of Vietnam. The team is so amazing, helpful and personable. Always smiling. The beds are by far the most comfortable we slept in Vietnam. The breakfast was great, not a buffet but made to order with lots of selection. Location is also great.

Obviously this hotel isn't a swanky kind of place, I say obviously becasue of the price - it's cheap as chips. If you're realistic and aware of this it'll be a great place for you to stay. Being the heart of the old quarter the area is fantastic with many places to eat and drink nearby. The roooms are very basic but clean with good hot water and daily room service. The breakfasts are basic but nice and plentiful. All of the staff were great but a special mention goes to Alice. She is excellent at her job and gets everything right all of the time. She's a real credit to this establishment.

We arrived at the hotel around noon. We were very tired at the time. But our exhaustion faded once the staff brang us a delicious platter of fruit with some lemon juice and two cold facewashers at no cost to us.

There was a cornucopia of food to choosr from the menu, there was also a large selection of drinks. You can order as much as you want, without incurring a larger number on the bill.

Our room was pricey, being US20 dollars. But it was well worth the price, as it was am amazing experience.

However, I would not recommend that you purchase the tour provided by the hotel. There are many other more affordable and at the same time, very enjoyable tours that can be booked around the city.

Highly recommended. Clean room. Diligent and friendly staff. Laundry service. AMAZING breakfast (try the omelette and their fresh fruit). Great tips for visiting Hue and day trips to Pho Nha cave (completely worth it despite the distance). We will definitively come back again!

The most amazing hotel in Vietnam, the staff is super nice, they all speak English and are so helpful.
From the moment we check in to the moment we left everything was perfect.
I forgot my necklaces in my room and they sent it to me from hue to Da nang.

I definitely recommend this hotel, it has been the best hotel I´ve been in in Vietnam! Everything clean, modern and nice. The staff is the best, sooo nice and helpful. And they speak really good english, which is rather unusual in Vietnam... They helped me with everything I needed, gave me a warm welcome (with free drink included) and prepared me a good and varied breakfast (which is also not common in most hotels ;)...

Staff were very nice and very helpful. The price is great, real value for money. We have traveled from Cambodia, though the south of Vietnam up to Hue, and so far this has been by far the best place we have stayed!

We stayed here for a few days on our way from Hanoi to Hoi-An and it was amazing! The staff are lovely, the rooms are big, they put rose petals on our bed when they found out we were recently engaged, the breakfast is good, they provide not only internet but a computer in the room, and they booked train tickets for us to Hoi-An. All of that for one of the lowest prices around. Amazing place, unfortunately when we tried to extend our stay it was booked out.

Tucked away in the heart of historical hue. This delightful hotel offers clean rooms, very friendly attentive staff and great value. Nothing was too much trouble. A great place to spend two nights
