One of the most luxurious villa compound in District 9 with Neo-Classic design. Not too far away from the highway which helps your daily commute to the CBD (Central Business District) a little bit easier. A nice place to live after all.

Big supermarket with several restaurants and shop with electrical/electronics items, including air conditioning units, washing machines, fridge, mobile telephones, etc. (Nguyen Kim). Also they have wine and other alcoholic beverages as well as freshly baked bread, fresh vegetable and fish in the supermarket. My son prefers the ice cream shop there. The items have reasonable prices. Location is at Hồ Học Lẫm street with sufficient parking place.
