Tam Coc Sweet Home

So far, the best place I have stayed in Vietnam. A cozy homestay, well decorated, with lots of plants around, very well located, but on a quiet street. The room was comfortable, extremely clean and well lit, but the best part is undoubtedly the family, who own the place. They are amazing. Thank you for welcoming me into your home!

We stayed 2 nights. We felt welcome and at home. There is a rooftop and the front garden is charming. Clean and very well located in a quite side street.

stayed here for 2 nights, really enjoyed this hotel. we had a room on the 3rd floor, spacious and bright. the wonderful owner and his mother were very welcoming and friendly. the hotel is in the very center, but at the same time in a quiet side street. The price per night was also a very pleasant surprise. highly recommend!

What a gem this place was! The owners were so friendly and helpful - great breakfasts every day and very hassle-free renting a scooter from them. Definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great! The host is really kind and helpful, they rent scooters and bikes and have a laundry service. They even allowed us to use their kitchen to cook. It’s also in a very good and quiet location close to the main centre of Tam Coc. Highly recommended!

What a find. Amazing family super helpful and generous. We extended our stay to three nights used the bicycle to cycle all around. Many things to see. Three breakfast options we tried two. AMAZING stay great room and spectacular view for a super great price. The young men who manage the place with his mom is so laid back kind and helpful. We LOVED our stay . I cant recommend it enough.

A really lovely homestay, the family were very kind and helpful. The building itself is picturesque and well located and the room was comfortable.

Located in a quiet small alley. Very nice, and helpful people. Rooms are good. Only one thing: I would take off the plastic wrapping of the mattress because you sweat so much. Mattress covers are removable and washable. That should not be a problem.

Very clean and big rooms with everything you need. We were able to checkin early as we arrived by night bus in the morning. We used their laundry service, rented a motorbike and booked bus tickets (they were cheaper as in other places). The breakfast keep us going the whole day. The family running the Tam Coc Sweet Home are very friendly. At any time there was someone at the property. Also messaging is possible and they responded within a very short time. Due to the location beeing in a sideroad from the mainstreet it was very quiet. The house has a nice terrace on top and is generally well maintained and clean. We would always stay again and recommend to do so.

We’ve been travelling for 6 weeks and this is probably our best place. The owners/operators share their home with you and are very helpful and so sweet. Everything is very clean, well organized and they’ve thought of small little touches that you don’t normally see travelling in a budget. They take care of all of your needs as far as bikes, scooters, trips and advice. I can’t say enough about this hotel!

still very quiet. The room is very nice and clean. The family that own the
place is very nice, kind and helpful. I highly recommend to stay in this place.

Just don't order soup for a breakfast, they have better options 😉

Lovely stay! Very new and clean Homestay with a super nice family who run it. They went extra mile to prepare breakfast for us without eggs or milk. We rented bicycles too. All good and would stay again.

This is a lovely homestay and it's just feel like home. The host was really friendly and we have a great time conversation about the family and the history. Room is super clean and it looks exactly as the picture. I will for sure come back again next time.

This is a proper homestay. If you don't mind not having a pool, it's close by and they will do anything for you. They even came and found me around the town to give me back my charger which I left behind.
