Hang Múa Village Homestay

If I could have given 6 stars, I would. The host is the nicest person we have met in Vietnam, always smiley and very helpful.
Hotel is wonderful, quiet and quite uniquely comfortable. The mattress is so comfy and room is very spacious. Plus, the home food is very good!

Everything was more than great!

Kai is an amazing host and he made sure we had everything we needed. He even booked the bus to Hanoi for us at cost price.

The food was delicious and very affordable, the room was super cleaned, the location is at a walking distance to the Hang Mua cave, there is scooter and bicycle rental directly on site and the city is at a scenic and short bicycle distance.

We really enjoyed our stay at Huang Múa village homestay!

Best homestay I've ever been too. The owner and his wife and family make this place so enjoyable. They bend over backwards to make sure our stay was comfortable and perfect. The rooms have everything you need to relax after a long day exploring. The owners wife makes beautiful meals at night time and at breakfast. I definitely would definitely stay here again. 10/10. Super location.

This is with no doubt the best homestay I've stayed in Vietnam! 🩵 the area is quiet, and very cozy. Cai is an amazing host, he is very charismatic, welcoming and supporting! The whole place is super clean and the rooms are comfortable. After traveling around all day, I looked forward to come back, have a fantastic meal and a restful night. The food was also amazing!!! Charming new hotel whose rooms are very comfortable, well decorated and with attentive staff. The meal was delicious. Quiet and well located (accessible on foot for visiting Hang Mua). I highly recommend Hang Mua Village Homestay!

Honestly incredible stay. Cai and his family are lovely, he speaks great English (something he learned before opening his Homestay for the purpose of the homestay) and helped communicate to the taxi driver when I left my phone in his car.

Tremendously good location, right next to Mua Caves and a short taxi to Trang An. I can’t praise it enough, it’s just been lovely.

We had a fabulous stay at Hang Mua village homestay, located near to all sightseeing point, homestay cooks very tasty meal and rent afford bicycles and motorbike at affordable price. Definitely our best choice in staying here, thanks for the hospitality that make us feel at home during our stay.

What an absolute gem. Unfortunately we didn’t stay here because we didn’t know about it, but we asked the owner if we could use the pool and buy some food and drinks. He was so hospitable towards us. He speaks great English, provided us with towels, and called us a taxi. The food was amazing and the beers were cold :) we ended up staying 4 hours because they made us feel so comfortable. If returning to Ninh Binh I would absolutely stay here! The rooms look beautiful. Thank you Cai!!

We had an amazing visit to this Homestay! The owner, Cai, had stepped out right before we arrived, so it took a minute for us to get checked in, but he was so kind and gracious throughout our stay! Our room opened up directly next to the beautiful pool and we enjoyed hearing the sounds of children (other guests) splashing and playing! This Homestay is within walking distance to Hang Mua Cave, but Cai also provided bicycles for us to ride to get there a bit quicker. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Vietnam!

We had lunch at the Village Homestay with our tour guide as part of a Ninh Binh tour. All was very clean, the food was good and large quantity, the husband and wife owners were very friendly and courteous providing great service. Highly Recommended!

Super friendly Mr Cai that welcomed us to his place, and the place is as nice as in the photos! It's a nice family business and I would definitely recommend the food here as well as his wife cooks delicious food. The homestay is located very close to Hang Múa Cave (should you be interested in watching the sunrise there from the viewpoint) and you can also rent bikes or motorbikes to go around Ninh Binh. Please keep up the good work mr Cai! We recommend this place :)

If you are visiting Hang Mua viewpoint and looking for a nice place to stay, I would definitely recommend Hang Mua Village Homestay. Mr Cai is a very friendly and enthusiastic person, his family is also very lovely! Everything looks the same as shown in the photos, maybe the swimming pool is a little smaller than in the picture.

We also had dinner at the homestay, we enjoyed all the dishes and would recommend the fried spring rolls. The goat was however a bit pricey (280000vnd) considering the taste was just so so.

In general, we enjoyed the stay there. Please keep up with your enthusiasm Mr Cai!

Family run - Winner! Cai and his wife Lan run the show. What Cai lacks (currently ) in English he makes up for with enthusiasm and helpful nature. Aside from the obvious bikes and scooters he offers tips, will sort and fix things in seconds and is so keen to improve his English so take the time to talk to him and you will be rewarded. Rooms are clean and fresh (new in 2020) good shower, heater, pressure etc a very comfy bed, proper towels, stocked fridge, ceiling fan and ac and all rooms are around the pool. Food is honest and tasty made by Lan or her sister.
I have suggested alternate breakfast options…
Location is central for most things so ideal.

Great place to base yourselves to visit the area. Very comfortable facilities - great rooms, beds and water pressure.

We hired a private car to travel to many of the must see sights and could walk into Hang Mua. Thank you Cai and wish you all the best for the future.

Very nicely built homestay. The man who runs this is very nice and helpful. New and clean. Only problem is it's very inside of the village but good if you are planning to visit Hang Mua or Trang An since both are nearby. But always good to take a bike and roam around.

It's a clean and tidy place. Sweet owner. Who guided us to the places around.. You can also book a motor bike. Food was great.. I liked the pool too. Overall it was a good stay.. Felt homely. Thank you
