Hang Mua Family Homestay

Very cosy and clean room :) amazing breakfast too and staff were very warm and friendly. Super peaceful place and it is surrounded by mountains. There are not many street lamps at night so if you are coming in after sunset- best to take a taxi/ Grab in rather than to walk or cycle. We grabbed everywhere around Ninh Binh to and fro our homestay with no issue.

This is one of the most pleasant Homestays we tried in Vietnam. What made it perfect was the very sweet host Thuan, who accommodated for our every need. The breakfast was lovely, the banana pancake and coffee was great! We rented scooters and it was a great place for discovering everything in the area. Location is quiet and the room has everything you need. The price was great value. Thanks for having us Thuan! :)

My stay at Hang Mua Family was fantastic even if very short. I spent one night mid February, spent $23 (about 500.000 VND)

Thuang was super helpful, they only accept cash, he booked me a limo bus to Hanoi airport for $14.70 and cooked me a delicious mango pancake for breakfast which was included in the price. The location was very quiet immerse in the nature. You can borrow their bikes and get to the village in 3 min (6 min walk)

This place is so beautiful and you have a great view of the rice fields and karstic mountains right next to you. The owner and his family are so lovely, kind and hardworking. They also have a great menu with delicious food (also beers to enjoy the sunset). Everything was super clean, they ask you daily if you need the room to be cleaned. Free water and free breakfast everyday (don't miss the banana pancakes!). I highly recommend you stay here if you visit Ninh Binh and want a lovely and quiet place with a great view, you can also rent a motorbike or bicycle so you can get closer to the popular places (up to 17 min of distance to Tam Coc) or even walk beside the rice fields for about 40 minutes! Oh and also, they have a very cute and friendly dog.

A beautiful homestay and the hosts are very friendly and helpful, especially Ly. The place is tranquil and the rooms are clean and nice. The dining area is besides a nice little pond which is a nice touch. The famous Hang Mua viewpoint is within walking distance ~1km, or you can also rent a bicycle or motorbike from them. If you have only a night or 2 here, I will highly recommend to stay here and get the most out of Ninh Binh.

Very beautiful homestay. We liked the Location very much. By far not as touristy as Tran Coc. We had a wonderful view out of Our room over a ricefield with Hàng mua vieepoint in the background. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Great location - close to Mua caves (about 1km), tràng an boats (2km), tam coc (around 2km). Antient capital how Lu and Bai dinh pagoda also not far away.
Lovely place - three bungalows, one bigger building with 6rooms. Nice place to sit and have breakfast/lunch/coffee, over the pond.
Very clean, new, nicely equipped, everything you need they'll provide you.
Very lovely and helpfull people. From the pick up at the airport late night, over bike rental, food, advice on our trips to arranging mini van to the airport. Everyone was nice, polite, we couldn't thank them enough :)

Everything was perfect ! The room was clean, the food was very good and the family is very friendly. Also, you will have a beautiful view on the rice fields. The location is perfect to to Trang An and Tam Coc easily (20 min with a bicycle).

though it is a bit hard to find the place (especially at night) so I wouldn't recommend to come there late at night because the way is dark af. Otherwise, the service is fantastic, the room is clean, the view is amazing... Tho the toilet sometimes has weird smell but it's nothing bad.

Amazing homestay for enjoy and relax at Ninh Binh. Good local service with local food or you can order any food in menu.

Ein wunderschönes familiäres Homestay. Das Homestay liegt etwas abseits und ist sehr ruhig. Man ist aber auch schnell zu Fuß auf der Hauptstraße wo es mehrere Restaurants gibt. Die Eigentümer sind super freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sie haben für uns den Zug nach Hoi An gebucht. Ohne Probleme.
Wir konnten einen Scooter und ein Fahrrad vor Ort mieten.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut.
