Had the best stay here everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The moment we arrived our hoist greeted us at the car and helped us plan our days here perfectly with local recommendations over a complimentary cup of tea. Breakfast is also included in the very cheap price. She also gave us her WhatsApp if we have any problems during our stay

Everyone were so kind and helpful during our stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable bed! We also rented a motorcycle from them. The food in the restaurant is also great.

We only ate here, but we returned several times. A few options for vegans, and the food was tasty and inexpensive. The Homestay staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is a comfortable place to hang out.

The food and drinks are so good here!!! I recommend everything haha but I've tried the Egg coffee (try it so yummy) and the avocado shake. The papaya salad is really fresh and nice, but spicy, so be careful if you're sensitive to spice.

We came here after my girlfriend found the accommodation on Airbnb. The hosts are a beautifull family, the rooms are extremely clean, beautifull and get cleaned every day. The whole family is so extremely friendly. We hired a motorcycle also here for a very good price. we originally planned to stay here for 2 nights but we booked an additional night because everything was so good. Breakfast is included, you get 1 drink, 1 dish and fruit. Diner is also affordable and very very good. overall we loved our stay here, we would recommend everybody to come here. And if we ever visit Ninh Binh we will definitely come back!

Went back later to try the iced yogurt coffee, but was made another egg coffee. Said it's okay I'll have the egg coffee, but came back with extra yogurt coffee for me. Also delicious!

We had the best time here. Everything was amazing: food, people, location, and all for very reasonable price. The owners gave us soooo many recommendations on what to visit, they are the sweetest ( they gave us a map with all the best spots with all the prices and description of the different activities)

Best place to be in Ninh Binh, we loved every second of it ! The room was perfect and the food was delicious, the breakfast in the morning was a big plus. Highly recommend, the family is the kindest.

Very nice the food was tasty! Very few bugs surprisingly. Was super helpful planning our day, and calling taxis for us

There were ants in the room but otherwise clean and nice views. Family was nice, gave a favorable exchange rate from USD and did the laundry very fast.

We stopped here for lunch and ended up over-ordering with zero regrets: everything was delicious and meticulously prepared! The atmosphere is cosy and the place very clean.

Myself and my friend had the tofu hotpot. It was INCREDIBLE. So tasty, so much food. The broth was delicious. We also had a smoothie and mango lassi which was so tasty. Cannot recommend this place enough, fast and excellent value for money!

So lovely staying here, and the food and drinks were amazing! Recommend the Lemon Goat for a local treat!

I highly recommend staying here in this wonderful homestay, run by the most welcoming and beautiful family in Ninh Binh. I was here a few years ago and I still recommend this location to friends and family that plan to visit Vietnam. The couple who owned it had been celebrating their wedding anniversary, and I remember coming back from dinner and they insisted my partner and I join them in their celebrations and eat cake with them!
I also remember eating one of the BEST beef fried noodle dishes in all of Vietnam there in their restaurant- big call I know, but I stand by it. Definitely recommend this place!

Very clean and calming atmosphere, we enjoyed our breakfast a lot here with chill, relaxing music and we sat inside so there was no fly around, which I found it rare. I would say this restaurant is perfect to enjoy a refreshing morning with local food and look outside to see mountains view. The boy who served us is super cute and nice.
Funny that we found this place randomly and thought there is no review yet and was about to leave our first one here to recommend people, it turns out to be a popular place!

Things were so perfect I don't even know where to start.

Location : out off the crowded city area but very easily reachable to city and many famous places within 15min of drive by bike.

The place : the rooms are super clean. the view from rooms is amazing. A family run restaurant is on the ground floor and the food is AMAZING. you order anything and get your mind blown. Once we had our first meal after a long flight, we had all our meals there and didn't even bother to try any outside place.
The location is super quiet and very peaceful.

The host : Yen and family is such a lovely host that they made us feel like a family there. She adjusted according to our schedules and was helping with every small thing from booking to planning our trips. Even when we came back late at night not knowing what time it was, she cooked for us long after restaurant was closed with a smile and that meant somuch for us. Even with slight language barrier due to our accent she patiently listened and invests alot of time in understanding out every request and query and answered it.

While leaving, the whole family came out to drop us off and my wife got very emotional with their love and care while driving off.
We'd stay their longer the next time we visit. Very highly recommended.

I completely agree with what everyone is saying here! I love this homestay! The family is just delightful, the rooms are EXCELLENT, the location is great, the cafe is wonderful, (coconut coffee is the best!) I was so lucky to stay here.

Beautiful location away from main areas but on the way to sights, healthy food options, kind happy owners. All services available. Garden pool open seating areas, a happy place. Stopped by chance early morning for coffee ended up eating breakfast special w/ pho, pineapple and coffee for 90,000 VDN.

The hostess truly went out of her way to make sure I had the best experience in Ninh Binh that I could, including arranging transport to and from the airport, answering all my questions, changing my room at short notice, very responsive. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The AC and wi-fi worked well.

The owner Yên was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. She helped us booked a taxi, taught us how to use a motorbike and ensured our stay in Ninh Binh was comfortable. Highly recommend! I had my three meals in the restaurant as well and they were tasty.
