We had great time spending lunar new year at the venue and everything was perfect. Friendly staff packed with knowledge about served dishes and supportive manager. Menu has a variety of price ranges, everybody can find his/her fit. The view is a cherry on the top of delicious cuisine and top notch service.

For booking a deposit is required with a bank transfer confirmation.
I do recommend to come in person for foreigners as international transfers are a bit tricky.

This Japanese eatery is a hidden treasure! From the first bite, I was enchanted by the authenticity and freshness of the dishes. Every piece was a testament to culinary mastery. The service was exceptional, with staff showcasing deep knowledge of the menu and a warm willingness to assist. The restaurant's interior exuded a minimalist charm, providing an intimate and relaxed ambiance. Whether you're a Japanese food lover or a newcomer to Japanese cuisine, this place is a must-visit. A culinary haven where good food, stellar service, and a serene atmosphere converge for an unforgettable dining experience.

As you would expect from a 51st floor view, the atmosphere was second to none (although the windows could do with a good clean - from the inside, even). The staff were also incredible, making guests feel very comfortable.

The appetizers were very impressive. It didn't seem like much on the menu, but what we were presented with blew us away. The temple-like platter with its decorations of trees like a coniferous woodland was dotted with a varied assortment of karaage, oysters, and other smoky and savory morsels. Very impressive.

However, the fish was.. Subpar. It had a distinct lack off firmness you would expect from quality fish. We may have come at a bad time, but nevertheless, the cornerstone of omakase did not pull its weight.

Amazing and delicious food. My husband had the cheese yaki and I had the vegetarian bento. It was a lot of food! The view was the cherry on top. We came during lunch and we sat down right away and it was by the window!
Nhu y vo was our waitress and she was amazing. She was very attentive and knew what we needed before we even asked. Thank you for the great food, service, and view! We’ll definitely come back next time.

It was an excellent dining experience on the 51st floor of the Bitexco Financial tower. The food is incredibly delicious and presented so beautifully. The staff of Sorae are excellent!

My favorite Japanese restaurant ever in Saigon just reopened after moving to the new location - 51st floor in Bitexco Financial Tower.
The elegant Japanese wooden interior design firstly attracts my attention. Its menu offers a variety of both freshly imported and daily caught seafood in Vietnam as well as extraordinary dishes. All dishes was perfectly cooked, full of flavors and beautifully presented.
Sorae has one of the most spectacular city views at night along with a romantic and fancy ambience. Staff is highly knowledgeable, attentive and 100% helpful.
In general, its excellent service was totally worth every penny. I was truly excited to dine here as it brought back so many memorable dining experiences from previous years. I definitely recommend Sorae and can’t wait to dine here again soon

Sorae is an exceptional culinary masterpiece of japanese cuisine that we were able to meet a few weeks ago.
The restaurant's location on a high floor in a skyscraper offers diners sweeping views of the city skyline, creating a stunning backdrop for the meal.

There are an extensive selection of japanese dishes.
Unfortunately due to limited time we didn't manage to try more food, so I can only share my impression of the desserts we had... and I have no words - it was unbelievable.

The staff are is very courteous, and well-versed in the menu offerings.
And their knowledge of the dishes elevated the overall dining experience.

I could say it's an ideal choice for special occasions, romantic evenings, or when
you simply want to treat yourself to an extraordinary dining experience.

We hope to visit this place more in the future!

Cosy place with stunning view over the city in a beautiful setting. Next to that, delicious cocktails.
Fun fact: definitely walk towards the bathroom in this place, because it’s located right next to the helipad.

Sorae on the 51st floor of Bitexco Tower is the very nice restaurant in town in HCMC. You can see Saigon River alongside Thu Thiem. Food are good.

It is a very nice place to spend a dinner with friends and family. Staff is super, food is good, service perfect.

An excellent dining experience. The food was uniformly delectable, service was brisk and efficient, and the setting exudes luxury. Sashimi was fresh and fantastic. The appetizers were to die for. Not to mention the view!! Slightly strange musical choices, but otherwise quite lovely.

Very nice service, some good fishes. I often come here weekly and sometimes got drunk, forgot my belongings but the staff always run after me to return it. I love that.
The chief - Minh is very nice too. He knows what he serves well. The best place in saigon to try sashimi.
Plus point: it is jot crowded

Best cocktail bar in town with a great view and reasonable prices ✨👍

Tips:
1. Try to come early to fully enjoy the happy hour privileges (from 17:30 to 19:30, buy one get one free).
2. My favorite drinks: Hazel mitsu cocktail; Something with matcha cocktail; Black jack cocktail.
3. Take my advice and leave your motorcycle/car at home. Take a Grab car just in case 😜

High end Japanese restaurant, the mood, lighting and decor gives it a very cosy feeling. Great for groups as well as couples. Friendly staff, fast service and really good food. I enjoyed every single bite. Recommend reserving a table in advance. There's an upstairs seating area and you can choose to dine and watch the chefs prepare the meals downstairs. The bathrooms are clean and you can pay cash or card. Visit when in Saigon.

I had the best Otoro and Chutoro in Saigon! The private room was really nice with nice view! The place is beautiful. Service was good. Nothing to complain except for the extremely noisy Chinese in the room next to ours.
