Thung Nham Bird Park

Did not stay at the hotel. But the park and birds are amazing! So many birds. Watching them at dusk is fantastic flying in flocks.
The gardens are also fantastic and really beautiful. Electric shuttle bus to take you around as well.

Very beautiful, meticulously managed place. Very strange from the perspective of someone with almost no information prior to entry. It's a resort and ecological preserve.

We had a great day in this park. We came across it as we were cycling and without any expectations decided to get a ticket and visit. Really great way to spend a morning or afternoon cycling or walking around

Beautiful location nested in the mountains. Ticket well with it to see: the mermaid cave on foot (watch out for the bats!), the gardens (very man made not so interesting in my opinion), the birds by boat (they were all out around 4.30pm beautiful sight) and the caves by boat (old man rower asked for a small 50k tip, I have double because frankly it was worth it and he works hard). Mostly Vietnamese tourists, not overcrowded. Just be aware the way between the ticket booth and the path entrance is long and hard to do if you come by bicycle (the way up quite steep).

Beautiful place to stay…. This property is just wow with its location. If you are looking for a peaceful experience and stay then this place is just for you.
The overall place is build around a beautiful lake they have two boating options available one at the bird park and another at the Buddha cave.
One can experience thousands of birds sitting at the small small island especially curated for birds habitat while you boat along with mates in the lake.
Best time to See the birds is around morning or evening post 4 pm. I am sure by looking at the pictures you will plan a trip to this place.

Rare experience where you can see all the birds on top of trees and at their nests 🪹. A short boat ride but really enjoyable and cute.

Found this place by accident and turned into one of the highlights of our trip. Caves, lakes, gardens, food...this place has everything. Be ready to take lots of pictures.

I came here 2 days ago it's a big place with different of flowers. You can visit some caves and also walking to bird park .make sure you have water on hand because it's a lot of walking.

Wonderful location with a basic room. The hospitality was amazing. What I loved the most was - Superb location right in the bird park and amazing landscape

This is definitely a must see however plan your time accordingly. To get there takes time but more importantly after you park you ride an electric shuttle to the entrance and the actual Park is probably 1.5 km each way not including a boat ride should you decide to take that. It is definitely a must see but you should plan three and a half hours... enjoy!

Very beautiful and awesome scenery place to visit, very clean and refreshing

This place is beautiful! You can spend half a day here or longer. The ticket includes a little boat ride through Buddha cave which is beautiful. They give you little head torches so you can see. There’s also a cave you can walk through. We walked along the trial to the bird island rather than taking the boat. It was quite a bad track needs some maintenance. The only thing that slightly ruined the experience was the extremely loud tourists in the boats. The place is super relaxing listening to the amazing bird songs but they were shouting so loud for about 20 minutes you couldn’t hear the birds. Also a lovely flower garden. There are so many birds! They are huge! We enjoyed ourselves. Be prepared for lots of walking unless you pay for the shuttle and the boat.

You can see thousands wild birds and long dark cave by boat ride.

Recommend you go to there late afternoon because birds back their nest already.

Spent half a day here and walked all around the beautiful gardens and explored the caves. A lovely place to spend the day.

Still love this place for the second visit. Should take the kids to here.

Good walking up to the top of Mountain, beautiful enjoy and clean

Great place very very cheap 150000 vnd so like 7. 50 canadian. Took two free boat tours. One tour went thru some caves. Great ride and the boat rower has flashlights for you. Many many birds so noisy it was great to hear them. We biked around the place and meet a great family from Vietnam. Had a good lunch in a beautiful location. Loved this day. Thanks
