Clean and well functioning seats/beds. Was comfortable during my 8 hr ride from Da Lat to Ho Chi Minh. There are also bus stops especially to eat snacks. 👍🥰🫶 highly recommended! 😁

The buses are well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning, making for a pleasant and comfortable journey. The drivers are also experienced and drive safely, which gives passengers peace of mind during their travels.

Futa Buslines has a wide range of routes available, with buses departing regularly from various stations throughout Vietnam. This makes it easy to plan your trip and find a bus that fits your schedule.

The ticket prices for Futa Buslines are also very reasonable, making it an affordable option for travelers on a budget. In addition, the company has an easy-to-use online booking system, which allows passengers to book their tickets in advance and avoid long queues at the bus station.

Very nice bus that goes from Da Lat to HCMC.
Clean and comfortable sits, usb chargers and stable Wi-Fi during the entire journey.
Also they stopped in good places for food and toilets.
One of the best Vietnamese buses company without any doubt.

Several people mention the reclining seats are small, I don't think the size of westerners should determine the seat size. For the price you pay it's an exceptional service, ok so there is no translation service but there are many toilet stops, if you use Google maps when you stop it will help. Just keep your eye on the driver, pee don't eat! They even dropped me right outside my hotel in Mui Ne. You would not get service like that in the UK on an Intercity bus. Great service guys, keep it up.

We used it twice without any problem. Great service, free drop off and pick-up from/to hotel, just ask at the desk. Bus on time. Clean.

The futa bus service is really good. Key points are hygienic, punctual, pickup from hotel, charging point inside limosine bus, etc. The only drawback is you must know Vietnamese to talk to their customer care number. They know very little English. Overall good experience. Thanks

Very orgarnized and convenient, and very cheap given the quality (165k vnd).We booked our tickets from HCM to Can Tho online on their website and it was very fast. Many paymemt options are accepted, we paid with visa and got confirmation via the website, email, and sms.
The bus is clean and comfy. Each bed/seat is equipped with a charging outlet and a screen. The screen was however not working.
Once we arrive at Can Tho bus station, a mini bus then carried us to our hotel in the city, 10km away, without additional charge.
We of course booked the same bus back to HCM city and got picked up at our hotel, again for free.

Very clean very nice and helpful staff, nice ride - not for a really long distance though as the busses are not made for Europeans ;-)

Futa estimated the trip from Saigon to Dalat would take eight hours, but we got there in a little over seven hours.

The sleeper seat was very comfortable, but a little short. Each passenger receives a free small bottle of water and towelette, plus a clean blanket to use on the bus (they keep the bus cold). My luggage was safely stored in a compartment under the bus.

The bus made one long, 30-minute stop to eat at a quality rest stop. At the rest stop, there were offered multiple, low-priced food options, as well as a convenience store and fresh fruits and vegetables. There were also a couple of 5-minute restroom breaks and a few more extremely short stops just to let people on and off. Those extremely short stops are not meant to be restroom breaks, but if you prepare for the stop ahead of time, you're very fast, and tell the staff you need to use the restroom, they'll gladly allow you to turn it into a restroom break).

Neither the driver nor the assistant knew any English, but that wasn't an issue for me (I just used short sentences through the Google Translate app on my phone).

In general, if a bus service in SE Asia advertises free WiFi on the bus, you shouldn't expect it to work. Even if you can connect to it, the internet speeds will be so anemic, it won't be worth the trouble (get a Viettel SIM card if you need to stay connected).

One big disappointment: their website offers online payment, but it doesn't work. I tried two different credit cards, twice each, triple checking that I entered the information correctly. Neither of my cards worked. I had to take a city bus to the Futa bus station and pay in cash there. The employee told me their website wasn't currently accepting credit card payments.

Ultimately, I was very pleased with my experience and I plan on using them again for my next trip.

We took overnight sleeper bus to Dalat. Expected journey is 7 hours but it took only 5 hours to reach. So we end up sitting at bus station freezing as it was only 9-10°C at Dalat. I thought it may be bad experience as I read many bad reviews. However, it ends up pretty nice and the whole journey was stable and we were able to sleep well and deep. Personal light, USB port are provided. You can even bring your own pendrive to watch movie ( not sure if it's working ). The bus is nice and clean. Blanket is provided. When they stop for a toilet break, they will provide slippers for you so you don't have to bring your shoes down again.

Really comfortable ride but you need to be traveling in the spirit of Vietnam. The journey was a little hairy in spots and the staff aren't very friendly. If you can, get a seat on the bottom row, even though the top is still comfy. If you're going HCMC to Dalat, you'll have two rest stops and four or five drop offs along the drive. Whole ride took 9 hours and we were really happy. Pack a sweater though as it can get quite cold when the sun goes down.

Best bus company in Vietnam. Service is good, staff helpful. Plenty of routes available. Good buses, sleeper bus seat/bed slightly bigger than most others. My preferred transport company when in Vietnam.

We took a 10pm bus from saigon to muine and 7pm from muine to saigon. Both of them are cleaned and comfortable. You have to put ur shoes in a plastic back to keep the place clean. They arrived on time and we reached our destination earlier than expected. In HCM, you will have to take a small shutter bus (provided by futa) and wait at a bus stop for approximately 5mins before the main bus arrived to pick you up.

This is a sleeper bus service based in Dalat. The main routing is Ho Chi Minh City-Dalat and return. It's a great and comfortable way to travel by bus as one can sleep comfortably. Blankets and bottled water are provided as a part of the service. Bus will stop halfway for use of restrooms, and day buses for meals. Drivers are very skilled. The company sometimes uses feeder vans from city centre to highway so as to.improve logistics efficiency. On return from Dalat, the company van picked us up from the hotel, a pleasant unexpected service. All these little extras to ensure on-time departures is appreciated. Ensure you are contactable by mobile phone for coordination.

Some people seem to have mixed experiences here, but we have used Futa / Phuong Trang multiple times and they have always delivered decent air con bus journeys with free shuttles both picking us up and then later taking us to our hotel in most places.

Numerous times in 2018 and 2019, futa bus is by far in my opinion the best bus company in this country.

Their staff speaks English very well.

They are helpful and friendly to me always.

The buses are spotlessly clean

. The buses are always on time.

They will pick you up wherever you are and take you to the bus station.

They will take you from the bus station to wherever hotel or place you want to go

This service is free.

I used futa bus from Ho Chi Minh City when I visited vung Tau a couple of times. I haven't taken them anywhere other than that.

I had zero problems, and I can find problems with anything. Highly suggest this bus company. They provide a shuttle to the big station, and they even provided a shuttle on the other side in Can Tho for us! We had to wait 30 minutes, but we made some friends.
