My auntie has heavy toothache, and we run to Westcoast and see Dr Tien as an urgent situation. Dr Tien is super sympathetic and gentle dentist. She understands the ages people so well and explain everything in clearly, in easiest way to understand. She doesn’t mind spending more time to help my auntie and goes more steps to get treatment done effectively. Auntie has root canal done and crown on later without pain, given that we are always very scared of coming to dental clinic. The doctor is very professional and has high-level skills to control everything. This is the perfectionist dentist that I would recommend for all my family. Worth with your money!

We have an impressive experience with Westcoast International Dental, in particular Dr Andrew Tsang, Dr Thuy An and Dr Dung. They are professional, supportive and thoughtfulness. My husband has his first implants done in July 2022, which is excellent. We come back in December for his second treatment as scheduled. His implants as well as his other treatment turn great. We are amazed by the outcome and the speedy recovery. The entire process is smooth, well planed. I also had my filling done with Dr Dung during our second visit. The whole team is friendly, efficiency and always willing to help. The nurses stayed late, making sure we got sufficient rest after the surgery; the management team communicated with us during night time to work with our itinerary. Appreciate Andrew and his team’s incredible work. They also have a in-house lab which makes work even more efficiency and accuracy. Anything needed to be adjusted can be done immediately or overnight, a big thumbs up 👍. This is one of the most valuable thing we done for our health during our trips. I’ve been using West Coast Dental for nearly 10 years now and find the level of service exceptional. The dentists have high levels of competence and Andrew is an excellent oral surgeon. My faith in this group has grown over the years and sees me travel from Australia regularly for my dental work. The hospital has exceptional levels of cleanliness and sterility, with every advanced dental equipment needed, including oral CT scan, surgical suite with sleep dentistry option and rapid dental lab work. I recommend a visit to Vietnam and fit your dental needs around a holiday!! The saving more than covers the cost of the trip.

I was very happy with the treatment and service provided by Dr Dung nearly 5 years ago with a full mouth of new crowns. Very impressed with the service also provided by Lisa, when almost 5 years later two of the crowns fractured, and as I was unable to return to Vietnam but they were still under warranty, she was able to refund the initial cost of these two crowns. Super impressed with the respectful manner provided and prompt service throughout. Thank you Westcoast Dental. I will be back next time I need these all replaced. :)

Westcoast have always been amazing. I've been using them for everything over the last 10 years - they've been spot-on in all areas, from minor filling work to serious post-accident jaw bone reconstruction with an implant... never disappointed!

Not only do they do great work, they are also very clear in communicating and giving updates during procedures, great on the admin side of setting and reminding on appointments, and collaborative in making sure that you're going to be happy with the outcome.

Dr. Tien and the entire staff at are amazing. I'm from the US, and was a little confused about the treatment plan because the teeth numbers are different US vs Vietnam. Dr Tien did complete exam and deep cleaning on my first visit. When I went back had converted the numbers and explained the difference. I had 4 or five filling and extraction done. I am 100 percent satisfied with the treatment staff and facilities. Probably the nicest dental office I've ever been in. Dr Tien informed me of other things I could do at my leisure. The saved me a lot of money. I will definitely return to this office for future work.

I had a fantastic experience at Westcoast Dental Clinic and I see why they have such excellent reviews. I got teeth cleaning ($40 usd) and teeth whitening ($230-$240 usd, I don't remember exactly). Dr Diem and staff are so sweet and I would certainly come back.

Super dental services, exceptionally professional staff and reasonably priced. Routine cleaning, check-ups and dental surgeries/implants available as services. I went for a normal check-up and cleaning and the facility is spotlessly clean and the staff efficient and kind. Modern, state of the art equipment for all dental needs. Hygienic, clean and quiet atmosphere.

Without doubt the best dentist I have been to. So professional with fantastic results, you truly won’t find a better dentist than West Coast.

For the past 3 years, I have undergone Invisalign braces process at West Coast Dental. Dr. Tien has been helping me alot during the process. From the moment I'd walked in the door I felt at ease. A very professional staff and a an absolutely beautiful office. I had less than a wonderful experience with the dental work I'd already had in the USA over the past couple of years and paid more than a small fortune for. Dr. Tien is an artist. She's patient, very gentle and quite talented. For my initial visit fee of just $20 usd she spent well over two hours examining, giving a thorough cleaning, panoramic xray, and explaining all of my options for my current situation. I opted after her consultation to have zirconia crowns on the front teeth I wasn't happy with. I'd had implants done at home last year on my "canines" ( not sure if that's the proper term) along with some other crowns and frankly I looked like a vampire. Bad color, hugely oversized and off angle. It was a mess. I thought of having no prep veneers (durathin) on some front teeth might balance it out but it turned out that the composite fillings I had on those teeth took that option away. The crowns were only a tiny bit more and ended up looking superb. Dr Tien also corrected my bite, reshaped some other sloppy work and for less than the price of one crown at home, perfectly matched and placed five new ones. Having an in-house lab is a big plus. The work was done quickly and precisely the first time. Not like the two to four attempts at home and weeks of wasted time. Sorry USA, but If I ever need dental work in the future I'm coming back to Vietnam and getting it done right the first time and at an exceptional bargain of a price. One other quick note, I really appreciate the one on one personal service. At home dentists seem to go "triage" mode between several patients at once. Not here. Dr Tien was there hands on from start to finish. That really made an enormous difference to me. Thank you for making me feel special and doing a phenomenal job!
