Marukame Udon - Vạn Hạnh Mall

i stopped by for a quick eat and had tempura. I tried 4 or 5 types of tempura and they were crunchy and tasty. only issue was that it was very warm in the seating area.

Very delish! The experience was very unique as I have never been to a resturant that serves this way. Once you enter the store you are greeted with a brightly lit menu. You should grab a tray. Once you've decided what you wanted to eat you tell the chef and the chef will prepare it for you right infront of your eyes. They will place the finished bowl in front of you where you then place it on to your tray. You slide your tray over and can choose other items such as, tempura, dessert and drinks. Once you finish selecting your additional items you reach the end of the line where you pay for your meal and find a table. If you want to go upstairs, you could ask (better if u should) a staff member to help you because they will place your tray onto a small elevator and would tell you to find a seat upstairs first and they would bring your tray to you. By far the best service and delicious curry udon I've had.

I ordered beef udon, It tastes very nice at an affordable price.
Total for 5 of us is about 600k (100k for each)

Located on the highest floor of Van Hanh mall. Self-service, all about noodles soup, delicious and fresh. Quick service and looks clean. Reasonable price.

The food and pricing were good. But it can use a little decoration. The place (upstairs) looks boring and a little bit dim.
