Blue Garden Homestay

This is a lovely place to stay for a few days; my 4 nights here were my best in Vietnam so far.
You can expect a beautifully situated spacious homestay. The rooms are simple yet clean and comfortable, good for the price.
The family is lovely, always insisting you have tea or fruit with them. The dinners I had were lovely and fresh.
I was very sad to leave the mother there but she gave me some goodbye food to last the long train ride south :)

Be aware, this homestay is a scooter ride away from anything interesting. Also, unfortunately it’s just a little too close to the big highway so it has more noise than I would have loved. But for the price and the other perks, it’s the best.

I stayed for 2 nights at Blue Garden, and I felt very much at home. The family is very welcoming and accommodating. The room is spacious, very clean and the bed is comfortable. The hot water is good, and AC works well.

They assisted me in booking a train ticket and managed to get one at the very least minute. It was just after Tet, and getting a seat is difficult.

We used the translator app for communication and chatting over tea. No problem at all.
I would highly recommend you to stay here if you like a quiet and homely environment.

From far the best place I stayed in Vietnam !! The family is lovely and makes you feel very welcomed. Everything is available for you food, laundry service, motorbike, bicycle… if you are to come here I will really advise you to sit down share a tea with the family get to know them and soon you will feel like home. I will come back 100%. Also the room is very clean and very spacious and the bed is very comfortable.

Wow! This place is amazing, me and my family had the beat stay here. The family who runs the place are so lovely and hospitable. They showed us all the best spots and we had many lovely conversations with them, over yummy coffees and fruit they grew in their stunning garden on the property.
The accommodation is super comfortable, with a stunning view over the limestone cliffs.
We ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much.

Warm and welcoming family. The mother is always happy, smiling and laughing at everything. The room is cleaned thoroughly and they even had heating for the night. I also was sick during my stay and she was happy to cook me meals i could eat and provide medicine. Couldn’t ask for better hospitality.

Very nice, kind, friendly, sociable family. The photos of the hotel are completely true to reality. The room and the entire area are very clean.

The hotel is located in a picturesque area. Fresh air. There are mountains and a lot of beautiful vegetation around.
Everything works flawlessly.
The hosts provide a motorbike or bicycle for a small fee.
Sights are nearby.

I stayed at this homestay for only one night, but i would have loved to stay more. The owners are super kind and friendly, they offered me water and tea. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is clean and soap is provided. I recommend it :)

If you're looking for a quiet and nice place to stay, I highly recommend to go with the blue garden homestay.
The family is very warm and welcoming and they take their time for you to have a good conversation.
I've had the best sleep in the comfortable beds. Very clean and nice surroundings.
We have communicated through Google translate which worked just fine.

First impression: Location is quiet, surrowding with trees and mountain.

Next, I searched and found that the homestay has the cheapest price in Trang An area, this is the most beautiful room I ever stayed with garden, lake view, shine, clean, new, special the room with mattress that have hight quality.

The Family is lovely, friendly. Feeling like coming home.
The whole family is very supportive and nice. I love them so much.😍

Location near signature places of Ninh Binh as Trang An departure ticket boat, Hoa Lu Ancient Town, Hoa Lu Acient Capital, Mua Cave,...

We enjoy the food here with: breakfast, coffee, lunch, dinner, all are very delicious and cheap. Almost food are taken from their garden. Grapefruit here is very sweet.

They also serve laundry, motor, bicycle for rent. They also provide taxi for long route or if you ask, they can book taxi with cheaper price for you if you want to go to Ha Noi or other places.

You can use Goole translate to talk to the family at Blue Garden Homestay. I saw a lot of foreigner use this way and everyone really enjoy.

For me, next time I arrive Ninh Binh I definitely come back here.

Honestly this homestay was amazing!! The family is sooo kind and they really look after you. They are so friendly and make sure you are taken care of. The location is also so beautiful, with views of the mountains. It is just such a calm and beautiful homestay that I 10/10 recommend!!

The Blue Garden Homestay is much more than a hotel and a lot more than a place to stay, it is an experience!

The property owners are fantastic people, who always do their best to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. I was delighted with fruit from their garden, delicious coffee and lots of lovely conversations. I used the bike they rent for a super affordable price to explore the beautiful surroundings. All in all, it was a spectacular time, with amazing people and unforgettable landscapes.

This place was one of our favourite places to stay in the whole of Vietnam, its charm, location and owners were perfect! The rooms are clean, spacious and bright, the location was brilliant, and food delicious. The hosts do not speak much English, however google translate is a wonderful piece of kit and works wonders, and for us made that experience that much better. Thank you for making our time in Ninh Binh amazing!

Highly recommend. The family are lovely! We had many long conversations through Google translate. The kids and animals are so cute. Very comfortable place in a beautiful place surrounded by mountains. You have to try their food, all home grown and delicious. 10/10!

This for a place where we could unwind from the busy and hectic Vietnamese cities. Little did we expect that Blue Garden was one our best places we visited in Vietnam. The place was was so tranquil and the host family was one of loveliest people we’ve met in Vietnam. We ended up staying there for 10 days and celebrated the Lunar New Year their families. The food was excellent, cheap and place is clean. The surrounding areas are really beautiful as well. One of the very few best Homestay we came across in Vietnam.

The rooms are pretty clean and the staff is very mindful about this.

The owning family is exceptional, incredibly invested into the well being of the guests and always available for anything, be it services or chatting.

They understand our needs, and are pretty used to the use of translate apps, the language barrier is almost non-existant.

During our stay they made us feel like home, and treated us to multiple homemade specialties which were delicious :)

Our stay here was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam due to the wonderful hosts. The family are so kind and do everything to make sure you enjoy your time with them! The room is clean, the bed comfortable and they have good bikes you can hire to explore the surrounding area. We loved the location in a small local village, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, but still close by the main attractions by foot or bicycle. Thank you so much!
