Nicer than i expected. Great staff and services.
Sparkling clean room with the stunning view. Together with the view at the lounge (floor 71) and breakfast (floor 66), basically i could see all Ho Chi Minh city which is amazing.
Breakfast buffet was very nice. The lounge is awesome.
The location won't be the best as it isn't located right in the center but it isn't far at all and only cost about $2 Grab ride (similar to Uber) to downtown.

This was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The views were incredible! The staff were super nice and helpful with recommendations for places to see in the city. We did a couples massage at the spa, it was excellent and fair priced. The food was amazing. Best part was the manager at The Cloud Bar, Trang. She recommended amazing drinks and explained all the local ingredients they used. Would love to go back.

One of the best hotels I've stayed ever...

This is the tallest building in Vietnam. We got a panoramic view / full glass view of the city / and river. Sunset view.

We stayed for 5 nights, spend half the time in the hotel itself, using the facilities and pool, spa...

Staff was very friendly, breakfast had some veg / vegan options as well.

My recent stay at Marriott - Vinpearl Landmark 81 exceeded all expectations, thanks to its super helpful and courteous staff. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond by surprising us with a complimentary room upgrade, adding an extra layer of luxury to our experience. Their genuine friendliness and eagerness to assist made us feel truly valued as guests.

The hotel's commitment to cleanliness was evident throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate, and every amenity we could think of was provided. However, the real showstopper was the panoramic view from the 50th floor. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight each morning was a memorable experience in itself. The efficiency of the check-in and check-out processes further contributed to the overall positive impression. Moreover, the convenience of being able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out allowed us to make the most of our last day in the city without any hassles. Marriott - Vinpearl Landmark 81 truly made our stay exceptional, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers.

Great location, around 25 minutes away from airport and 15-20 minutes drive to downtown. Impeccable service and warm hospitality from the staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable and ofcourse the view of the city was the star of my stay here. Had a wide selection of choice for breakfast on level 66! Will definitely stay here again during my next visit!

Great food at both breakfast and the club lounge. This is one of the best Marriott club lounges in Asia, with cocktail service and food offerings like a buffet.

Spa is both luxurious and a good deal. Platinum members get a 20% discount.

Nothing but positive reviews ! We arrived from a 22 hour flight , at 8am .. check in was at 4pm and our suite wasn’t ready . They offered us breakfast , and we booked some spa treatments to do in the meantime ( spa was excellent ! 10/10 for massage / facial ) we then met one of the managers who offered us another room to relax and shower while we waited for our suite . This was very much appreciated. They moved our luggage for us while we were at the spa.
The suite was amazing ! 63rd floor , full of windows ! Spacious bedroom living room and 2 bathrooms ! Room service was 10/10 as was cleaning services ! The concierge came up and sat with us explaining different things we could do .

The hotel complex itself houses a mall, dozens of restaurants . A look out on the 81st floor. Lots of action happening . We loved it !

Luxury hotel with breathtaking stunning view of the entire city, as it is the tallest building in HCMC. Location is not within walking distance to main shopping area in district one, but grab rides to the city centre is just 20 minutes. Guest rooms are super comfy, spacious, well appointed with floor to ceiling windows. We appreciate the little local snack that comes with evening turndown service daily. My husband was over the moon when they surprised him with a birthday slice of cake and card. Food & beverage and service throughout the hotel is outstanding. They anticipate everything you need before you even request. Staff are well trained and yet genuinely friendly. Only area for improvement is the TV channels, which is very limited and sound quality is poor. Otherwise, We’ll be back for more pampering for sure.

This was an amazing hotel! They had fantastic hospitality. Everyone was very nice and spoke very good English. There’s a grocery store in the mall at the base of the building as well as places to eat. I went for a run in the park across the street as which was beautiful. The location is seemingly in the more business district so you won’t see as many tourist.

Pros:
- Great views out over Ho Chi Minh City
- Quality of the rooms furnishings and appliances were excellent.
- The bathtub was nice
- Big sink with mirror and wide bench space
- Hairdryer provided
- Hot water pressure was good with a rain shower head.
- Bed was comfortable and pillows too
- Comfortable chair to lounge on and see the view from the room was nice
- Big desk space
- Gym 24 hours
- Swimming pool, closes at 9pm though.
- whirlpool (with a view)/sauna and steam room, closes at 9pm though
- wifi was super fast, mobile speed tested at 90 mbps download and 95.3 mbps upload.
- breakfast buffet was good. It ends at 10:30am on Sunday (which wasn't mentioned upon check in but it would be good to mention that)
- the lady staff member at the elevator to the rooms was very kind and explained that we don't need to swipe keycard to go to reception from our room level etc.
- service recovery is excellent. Shout out to Alan the duty manager at night who was amazing. He managed to listen and understand guest feedback and try to do something to make up for the negatives below. Very much appreciate his service. The managers in general at this hotel are amazing.

Cons:
- shower flooded because the drainage squares were not in the correct position and it was like that upon arrival
- when calling the number '1' through the telephone for guest service centre and asking for more bath salts, the lady said they no longer provide bath salts only shower gel to top up...which i later found out was incorrect.
- the closing times of the whirlpool/steam room/sauna was not clearly stated upon check in. It was only stated that the fitness centre is 24 hours and the spa closes at 10pm with no indication if the fitness centre is only the gym or includes the rest of the facilities. Anyway it should of been clearly stated that the pool and whirlool closes at 9pm.
-location is not in the main tourist district 1 area, it's a bit on the outskirts but in a nice 'posh' kind of neighbourhood with a mall below. You can take Grab/Gojek to the main parts of town easily, Grabbikes too if you want to go quicker.

Overall I would recommend this hotel if you want a nice fancy kind of stay that is very comfortable with nice staff members and good breakfast.

The foods at Club Lounge is great, the staffs are so nice and friendly, feel be home when I stay there 5 days. Alex helped me take a lot of photos at Infinity swimming pool, amazing view. Hope can see you soon, Judy, Vy, Thúy at Level 71. Thanks all for your nice service.

You must stay here if you’re visiting Ho Chi Minh. The Vinpearl is a beautiful hotel, with amazing service, and the best view in all of Ho Chi Minh. From the moment we checked in with Daniel in the club lounge I knew the trip would be great. Judy and Sherwin took great care of us during the cocktail hour and Hao made some of the best drinks I’ve had in a while. 5 star team at a 5 star hotel!

Stay a night for a staycation and what can I say!! It's a perfect place to relax 👌🏻 from front desk service to room amenities -PERFECTION!!
We were greeted with the most welcoming reception staff who are very kind/helpful to offer us a room upgrade upon acknowledgement of our Bonvoy status (thanks guys!). The room view is breathtaking and the early morning view truly incredible (literally sleeping above the clouds). Staff are so friendly and goes above and beyond to help us with anything we need. Even offer a goodnight treat!!! Definitely will come back!

We stayed in Vinpearl 81 Autograph collection for 2 nights. Hotel is connected to a mall and given that its the highest building in the city, it offers a majestic 360 degree view of HCM. We have some dietary restrictions and hotel staff was able to help us with that.
We would really like to thank the lady at the concierge desk - LT (Lamthao). We had some travel hiccups for our next destination on the day of our checkout and she was super kind and helpful in finding out all the details for our next destination hotel in Bana Hills, cable car, airline staff (flight was delayed). If not for her, we would have not made it to the next hotel given the flight delays and cable car schedules. She definitely saved us a lot of non-refundable booking costs. Thank you so much. Really appreciate it.
Would definitely recommend staying here. Even though it's slightly away from district 1, hotel service, amazing spa and city views definitely make up for it.

Very luxurious hotel with truly spectacular views. Staff was professional but may be a little tight. Onsite restaurants and bars are definitely very pricey, and you can find better options elsewhere.

Wow what a stunning place. Very luxurious. Club lounge amazing. Views incredible. But you would expect this from the tallest building in South East Asia.

A must visit place! Out of the world view from the rooms. One can truly feel the luxury of staying above the clouds. Top notched service in the club king rooms where we spent 10 nights. Swimming pools and gyms were nice and well-maintained. The club lounge has nice sit out areas to relax, work, & nibble at some nice finger foods & beverages. Really appreciate the meticulous everyday laundry service, print out facility, and ready to offer help attitude of the extremely polite & cheerful staff. Small gestures like wishing good night with a small local Vietnamese sweet every evening by the housekeeping staff is really appreciable. The in room dining menu can be expanded a little to include a few more vegetarian options. This is the only scope for improvement that I see. Overall, one of the most luxurious hotels with the best view of Ho Chi Minh City.

Our visit to Vinpearl Landmark 81 was amazing and fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful in providing directions and guidance around (and also in assisting in helping us getting the Grab services).

And we visited the Blank Lounge and staff were friendly though more smiles could be put on their faces. We loved the ambience of the lounge, cosy and trendy and comfortable and what's amazing was the scenic view it offered, a top-down view of the bustling HCMC! We simply loved it.

As for the drinks, they were generally ok, though each of the 5 drinks we ordered was unique and special in terms of flavour and taste.

We loved the place and will come back again when we revisit HCMC next year!
