Prem Bistro and Cafe

What a find for me, and such a nice dining experience. I did not have any reservations and was led to the rooftop and what a surprise! There’s an outdoor seating and a very cozy indoor dining area also. The menu is very extensive and the theme is Indian with fusion of vietnamese, and I almost could not decide what to eat. I ended up with the curry pan seared mushroom and it was very tasty for vegetarian dish. I also had the changria which was so good I wish it was a little bit bigger. They also have options for cocktails too!

The food is yummy with a big selection.
Always crowded when I came.
The decor is beautiful.
The staff is so friendly.
The price is higher than other vege place but it's worth it.

Enjoyed the overall experience. When you enter the ground floor level you need to choose either the western restaurant on floor 3 or the Vietnamese/Indian restaurant on floor 4 - totally different menus! We chose F4.

Warm vibe served with food food, great pizza. But the time waiting for food was quite so long at the beginning (around 20 mins) served 1st dish in Sallad

Stop messing around and just go here, it's amazing. The staff are also really nice and the music slaps (they play SZA and neo-RnB).

Wow. Best vietnamese restaurant I tried in 27 years. Amazing vegetarian food by Pi Bistro of Prem. Will be back. Dish picture is to make sure I order the same next time 🙂

Was a wonderful discovery for us. A bit hidden even though it’s located right in the prime area, near the corner of Hải Ba Trung and Dien Bien Phu. On Dien Bien Phu side opposite Le Van Tam park in the little alley right behind PNJ Next flagship store. The menu is wonderful, offering veg version of cuisine from East (Japanese, Indian etc.) to West (Italian, French, etc.). Lovely experience with a hint of Hobo vibe and delicious flavor. They also had a new menu when we first visited and we were spoilt with choices. Great values. By the way it’s on the 4th floor of the building with the cafe on the ground floor (different business).

The best vegetarian food experience so far. All the dishes were so tasty. Food made with care, you can see and taste it. We really loved the ambiance of this restaurant. The chickpeas and avocado maki with miso peanut sauce is a must try!!!

Always enjoy the food at Prem! The portion is very filling and tasty. I tried the chickpea burger this time and it did not disappoint. Their new location looks nice, cozy. Service is good.
The only minus point was the mosquito bites I got despite sitting inside :D

Loved the mushroom springroll at the Vietnamese vegetarian restaurant on the 3rd floor.
The cafe served the best cakes, loved the cheese brownies and tiramisu so much. Great quality

Vegan nest in Saigon with coffee shop in the 1st floor, Vietnamese vegan style on the 3rd and Mediterranean vegan style on the 4th.
I tried 7 dishes and loved them all.
Price is 1-2 times higher compared to other vegan restaurants but it worths.
Only think you need to remember is booking before you go at least 4-5 hours

Good vegetarian / vegan place. Not many plant based options in that part of D3. A little hard to find... there is a store front for a coffee place and on the right, a staircase that leads up to Prem Bistro. Extensive menu including home-made staples that are for take-out. They had a private party room with low tables and floor + cushion seating in the back.

A comfortable place to have a meal with friends. Nice ambience, good food, and friendly staffs. We ordered a tempeh & rocket salad with sesame dressing, a curried fried rice, and chickpeas wings & mango dip, requested to have all of these without onion and garlic. Definitely will come again😋

My favorite western, vegetarian restaurant in the city! Located on the second floor, in a peaceful garden setting with beautiful bohemian decorations. Garden seating will have mosquitoes, especially at night. The air conditioned room is shoeless which I find unsafe & unsanitary considering the kitchen is housed in the back and the bathroom has a pair of sandals that's shared by everyone using the bathroom. Also, the bathroom has a strong mold and sewer smell. Otherwise, the food is delicious and is mostly vegetarian, with some vegan options available. The korma and pad thai are tasty and filling. Excellent drinks that's brought from Kafka Cafe on the first floor. Love the natural, fermented beverages. Prices are higher as expected for gourmet, western food but totally worth it!

Seems like a country place in the center of saigon. It is peaceful and relaxing when you are there. The food is not outstanding but good enough. A dish amount can be too much for a girl. They have both western and vietnamese food. It could be the place for vegetarian sometimes.

Lovely cozy place with great collection of travel pictures. Cozy decor. Open area with green plants and inside side on chair and more comfortable ground sitting on comfortable soft sofa is suitable for friends and families. Very friendly staff. Hidden gem.

Best Vegan/Vegetarian food we had in Vietnam so far.

Eggplant wrap and Tomato paneer are my personal favourite.

I think this place is the best western style vegan restaurant in town. Must try 🙌

Super nice vegan food. Worth the money. Good decoration as well. Highly recommended.
