This is Buddhist Temple of Lord Buddha. Very beautiful architecture. Cool place to feel quite and calm. Also alot of child living here. These children have mostly been abandoned by their parents but good take care by temple people. Few child are new born babies.

This is a buddhist temple with a beautiful architecture. In the temples there are many abandoned kids raised and taken care by the temple.

I was truly surprised by the splendor of the pagoda since it was out of my expectation. A small area located in such a small alley, the pagoda stands out highest in the area. Climbing on top you can see most of Saigon.

One of the most beautiful templates in Ho Chi Minh City. Recently renovated. Big golden statues of Buddhas, elephants and such. It is a must see place if you are interested in Vietnamese culture and traditions!

One of the biggest temples in Go Vap district. One of the things I like the most about the temple is its peaceful atmosphere (you can literally sense it the moment you step inside). Splendid decoration and statues inside and around the temple (you can see some of enormous statues just looking afar). The streets needed to take to get in are quite small though. Anyway it’s a great and spiritual experience for anyone to come and visit this beautiful temple

If you take a turn off the main road and make a couple twists and turns through narrow streets, you'll find yourself at the pagoda gates. Walk inside, you'll find golden, colorful statues of various Buddhist gods, lotus, and dragons. As you walk around, you might hear see and hear some children running around. That's because this pagoda is not only a place of worship, but a place where children have been dropped off and abandoned, an orphanage. My group came here to teach the children that we could about oral hygiene and to do some light dental work. See, many of the children are abandoned because of physical and mental disabilities and it's quite sad to witness. If you're traveling in the area and you're interested, I'm sure that they would love to hear from you and receive your donations or services. During our day here, we saw some couples come and go with bags of snacks for the kids.
