Hotel Grand Saigon

Great stay. Good location, nice and clean rooms. Very nice terrace and the breakfast is large and varied. The staff is absolutely excellent, especially the boss at breakfast was funny and attentive. No negative points. Everything was great and we would love to come back when we are in Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you.

After 3 weeks of travelling around Vietnam we wanted to to indulge in a bit of luxury. We managed to book a room with an extra bed (as travelling with our 19yr old daughter); 3 bed rooms are not easy to find. The room was very nice and clean and our daughter enjoyed the massive breakfast buffet and the pool. We all enjoyed cocktails (lucky we arrived for happy hour) on the top floor with gorgeous views over the river and city. We had a late flight the next day and the hotel allowed an half hour extension to our checkout plus stored our luggage until we left around 6pm.

We loved staying here. It was an oasis in the middle of a busy city. We particularly enjoyed using the pool for respite from the heat. The staff were always helpful and attentive. It is in a great location so that you can walk to most of the sites to see on HoChiMinh City.

We moved here because our hotel was renovating a bathroom in the level above us and I am glad we found them. It was beautiful. Reception staff were amazing, shout out to Harry. Comfy bed, breakfast was one of the best we had in Vietnam- enjoy

You can't beat the location. Nearby to many interesting places. The room is bigger than average.

The breakfast options are just beyond imagination. None of the food fails me.

Outside the hotels got many local coffee shops. Highly recommend to try them all.

Quiet pool area. Terrific buffet breakfast catering to many different cultures. Restful decor. Beautiful, friendly staff.
I have stayed in both the ‘Ancient Wing’ & the more recently built ‘Luxury Wing’. Both are great.

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay here. Very beautiful property, friendly staff and easy access to district 1. The rooms are clean, spacious, beautiful toilet and very classic looking. They have a beautiful roof top bar with a world class view.

Cons: I notice this property served the same type breakfast everyday. All my days i stay there the breakfast was same repetitions and it’s mostly carted for the western tourist. Not much choice for authentic Vietnamese breakfast other then Pho. I feel the should improve the breakfast selection with more appealing and flavorful.

Located in district 1, this hotel presents one of the best location for Saigon.

Rooms are spacious at least the one's we stayed in.

The wooden floor gives a grand touch.

We had a city view from the room.

Out from the hotel if you flank left it takes you to the river. I suggest an evening stroll. We landed there during their New Year which made the experience priceless. If you take right from the hotel, the city attractions are within few meters. You can see the Opera House, drop in at Takashimaya, Vincom Center, Nguyên Hué street, Notre Dame Cathedral and some awesome places to eat.

The breakfast spread is splendid. We enjoyed it.

The staff at Grand Saigon is courteous, helpful and accommodative. Just ask. They will help you with a smile.

My friend stayed here. Dark color combination they have used but over all it's good hotel.

The hotel was a really good experience. I got upgraded to a premium room with no cost. Rooms and overall areas were very clean and staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. For location, it was a strategic location, walking distance to some tourist attraction.

The hotel has been there since 1930, hence the bar is already high. Exceptional view, great quality of facilities, good bar, great food. I would like to especially praise the staff, they are phenomenal, every single one of them! We got taken good care of by super polite, professional, friendly but never too much staff. Such a gem. They pay attention to literally everything to ensure that your experience is the best.

I had a wonderful time at the Grand Hotel Saigon. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The building is historical and beautiful. The pool was lovely and had a nice happy hour special. The rooftop restaurant had delicious food and a fantastic view of the city. The hotel was a short walk from lots of restaurants, the city square and historical landmarks. Two 711's were conveniently located right by the hotel too. I would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful hotel, from the moment you are met at your vehicle to the moment you leave you are treated like royality. The rooms are so spacious, the bath tub is so deep, the bed very comfortable and breakfast my gosh the best, what ever you like they have it.

I can’t believe this hotel established in 1930 since it is well maintained. A large room with a huge bed (two twin beds). The staffs was friendly, helpful. In-room dining service was good and quick.

It has a long history built in 1930 and is convenient to visit tourist attractions since this hotel is located in District 1.
It is an impressive hotel with the friendliness of the hotel staff and the wonderful view from the rooftop.

We had a range of experiences in our visit. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Front Desk : Very helpful and enthusiastic team, always available to answer questions, help acquire a taxi, and help with any other needs!

Breakfast Buffet : There was a VERY wide selection of items available, to meet pretty much anyone's tastes. It was comfortable, again with fantastic service and a helpful team.

20th Floor Restaurant : This was the low note for our trip. The service was quite poor and food was mediocre. There are better restaurants near the hotel, and would be a better option than eating here.

Rooms : The room was very quiet and had all the ammenities you would expect in a hotel. There were plenty of outlets, ample pillows, and comfortable seating.

Have big room for meeting n wedding,nice food n service,the price is reasonable.
